Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Nice house in a subdivision, 1 min walk from a Carrefour Contact, 5 min walk from the bakery and the village city center. 15 minutes' drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 minutes from Le Mans. Beds will be made on arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for an extra €10/person for towels (please ask me for them when booking).
