Holiday rentals with a pool in Melaka Tengah District

We had a wonderful stay at Terestepi for 2 nights. The property was in excellent condition and felt very comfortable. The homestay's location was perfect, with easy access to the city. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. The spacious yard provided a great space to relax and unwind. The pool is huge and kids enjoyed themselves. Our hosr, Zue was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. We appreciated Zue prompt and helpful responses to our questions. We highly recommend this homestay for its cleanliness, location, and friendly host.

Excellent place for big groups. Spacious lawn and compound that fit our 4 cars. Great bbq area that can be use for bbq night and there also tent for camping on the big grass patch. The rooms were very clean too. We really love the villa. Owners are friendly and lovely. Highly recommend to everyone to book your stay here in Malacca.

Travelled with parents, in law and siblings and we appreciated that every room had its own toilet so noone had to share. Living and dining area was large enough so everyone had their own space to chill. The house was clean and we enjoyed having a karaoke system. Azlan was also a wonderful host who was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in and out.

Jacky's place will take you to Bali right from Malaysia. Beautifully set up. It might seem pricey but believe me it feels like a private villa just without a personal butler 😆. Would definitely recommend and come back

We had a great stay at this property! The house was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. It's in a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city—making it super convenient for us to explore nearby attractions. One thing to note: the house is located near a bar/club, so it can get a bit noisy at night due to the music. It didn’t bother us too much, but light sleepers might take some time to fall asleep. That said, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. The pool was a big hit with both the kids and adults. The air conditioning in all the rooms worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the bathrooms was excellent. Plenty of towels and soap were provided, and there was a water dispenser too—though only room temperature and hot water, but we easily found cold drinks nearby. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Overall, highly recommend this stay—comfortable, enjoyable, and great value for the price!

The unit was as described in the pictures and very well-equipped. Milk bottles cleanser, steriliser etc all are in the unit and they even prepared you the clothes detergent. The only downsides were the apartment's lifts are always fully occupied (when I checked out on 2/6/2025, 1 lift was down then left 2 lifts). It took me almost 40 min to go down to the car park😭. And I din realised that the bunk bed room's door is a transparent sliding door. So it's kinda lack of privacy for the adults.

O espaço de Ron é muito agradável e tranquilo, próximo de restaurantes, serviços diversos e do centro da cidade. O pessoal que trabalha no condomínio foi muito gentil e disposto para ajudar em situações adversas. Ron é ótimo anfitrião, muito atencioso e preocupado com o bem estar dos hóspedes. A comunicação com Ron é muito rápida e tranquila, visto que em todos os momentos em que nos falamos, ele foi muito gentil e proativo. Malacca é uma cidade muito agradável e o espaço de Ron é sem dúvida muito apropriado e confortável para curtas e longas estadias.

If you are looking for a place that is suitable for babies and toddlers, Min Fen's place at Costa Makhota is ideal. Clean and tidy is the first impression, and my kids settled well in the house (3 years old and a 7 months old). It is very near to Makhota Parade which is a good shopping area (with Cocomelon indoor playground at Level 2, my 3 years old loves it!) Min Fen is also a respectful and responsive host, both my wife and I are very comfortable communicating with her via private message. While we faced a little hiccup during checking-out, the overall positive experience gave us a good vibes during a 3D2N Malacca getaway. *Because we went during a public holiday, we were greeted with firework from the balcony, set off by the nearby facilities. It was beautiful.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. I’ll definitely recommend it.

The place was excellent, everything was well-prepared and very clean. It had all the essentials we needed, and the host clearly put a lot of thought into making the stay comfortable. The toilet was good, fully equipped and spotless. Highly recommended.

整体非常棒，实际居住和照片一模一样，房东装修的非常有品位。 入住非常方便，Lay Tin女士给了非常详细的入住提示以及如何到达住处。同时可使用中文沟通，有什么问题回复也很及时～ 屋内沙发非常大，下层还可以再抽出来一层，客厅就能睡两个人。客厅和卧室均有空调，且客厅还有一台风扇，能迅速降温。微波炉，洗衣机都能正常使用，就是要注意需要自备牙刷和牙膏，还有屋内存在一些蚂蚁（但这应该是本地特色所以还好），其他的都非常好。楼下的泳池看着非常棒但是没带泳衣真的好可惜，据说还有健身房，但实在是走不动了。 地理位置也很棒，去吉隆坡的大巴就在小区对面的711旁边；周末导航至最近的麦当劳能顺便参加夜市，直接一路吃到撑。走路十几分钟左右就能到达荷兰红屋和鸡场街附近（不要相信谷歌地图，勇闯红灯），打车去海边清真寺也很近。 附近也有大型商场可以购买所需物品，当然霸王茶姬和蜜雪冰城也都有。 总体体验非常好～开心😊

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is strategic—close to eateries and tourist attractions. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for light cooking. The only downside was the lift—it took quite a while and was often crowded. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!
