Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mekong River

I cannot speak highly enough of the villa. Photos often give falsely positive impression - if anything this was the opposite. The pool and gardens are amazing - felt like our own private resort! Gardens kept in immaculate state by daily tidy. We were met by Bovin, her mother (who is a pure delight too) and brother Sam who became our reliable tuk-tuk driver in to town and around temples. They could not have been more helpful and quickly responded to any queries. Be aware the side road down to the house (about 5 min walk) is unsealed so tuk-tuk drive is a bit of a bumpy experience - not a problem at all for us. Take photos of landmarks where the turn from main road is - helps directing other drivers as phone maps weren't super accurate. Area is quiet and as Siem Reap is fairly busy and chaotic, this home really is an oasis. We opted to cook at home several evenings as dinner and drinks by the pool was magic. Would go back in a flash - It's just a fab place. Thank you Bovin.

Close to the airport, very convenient if you need to stay overnight. Not suitable if you want to explore Bangkok. Little Far from everything. Well equipped space, like the style and hospitality 🙏🏽

Don't hesitate! Book this place! The accommodations are even better than the pictures; it's a quiet retreat right in the city and a short remorque ride away to the Wat. However, the absolute best part? The hosts. They are gracious and kind and accommodating. I had several flight delays, and via What's App, was very taken care of. You can also arrange an airport pick up and a tour of Angkor Wat with Thy. Again- do NOT hesitate. They is kind and smart and very knowledgeable (we aren't really "tour" people), and my daughter and I felt like we were walking the temple grounds with a friend. Thank you, so much, for everything! We will be back! 🙏🏽

Cette nuit passée dans la campagne cambodgienne a marqué mon voyage et celui de mes deux amis. On a été merveilleusement bien accueilli et avons échangé beaucoup avec notre hôte. Ça a été un moment simple de vie : beau et authentique, tout comme l’endroit et la maison dans lesquels nous avons été accueilli. Notre hôte et ses amis de passage nous ont parlé de leur histoire, leur cultures en nous faisant goûter à des produits locaux concoctés par leurs soins. Je ne peux que recommander cette endroit à tout ceux qui recherche avant tout à s’immerger dans la culture cambodgienne. Merci à notre hôte !!!! Nous vous souhaitons du bonheur!

We had such a lovely stay with Ed and Tum. The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden and amazing kitchen. We paid for Tum to also cook us dinner and we are so glad we did. She is an incredible cook and it made the whole experience feel even more cosy. We were there with our 10 month old baby and he had the time of his life. The perfect weekend staycation from Bangkok!

Wenn ich könnte würde ich dem Airbnb 6 Sterne geben. Binh hat uns direkt empfangen, da er neben der Unterkunft auf dem selben Grundstück wohnt und uns alles gezeigt. Durch den wunderschönen und liebevoll hergerichteten Garten konnte man zu dem kleinen privaten Strand gehen und in der Hängematte die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir bekamen auch einige Vorschläge für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Orte, die man auf der Insel besuchen kann. Eine Taucherbrille hatten wir dort auch und wir durften das SUP von Binh benutzen. Wir haben die meiste Zeit auf der Insel hier verbracht, weil der Ort zu schön ist, als dass man ihn verlassen möchte. Außerdem bekamen wir jeden Morgen Bánh Mì geliefert und konnten jeden Tag angeben, ob wir etwas vom Markt brauchen. Binh hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und sich super um alles gekümmert. Das Airbnb ist sehr durchdacht und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt einwandfrei und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! :)

We had amazing Thai breakfasts that set us up for our explorations and were flexible with one very early start. While staying on a canal was a little noisy (quiet at night) it was a really interesting neighbourhood and our host arranged a long boat canal tour. It was great to have a garden to sit in and plan our days. We would enthusiastically return to this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bangkok! The location is perfect, as it everything is close by, yet the surrounding area is peaceful and local. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to the lovely hosts, especially Co-Host Alice, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her tips made our experience even better. She also took us on a walking tour around the very close by temple and taught us about her culture and meaning of certain things at the temple. It was also very interactive. Thank you so much again, it was perfect! We truly appreciated the chance to discover such a beautiful and authentic side of Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and staff. I had a great stay. The location is in a really nice area but is a little far from public transit and shops.

사진과 똑같습니다! 1층에 베트남 젊은 친구들한테 인기인듯한 카페가 있고 앞에 작은 공원에는 아침에 반꾸온도 판매합니다. 호스트는 굉장히 답변이 빠르고 친절하게 도와주고 메이드도 너무 친절합니다. 창밖으로 보이는 호수 풍경과 노란 꽃이 가득 달린 큰 나무가 보여서 마음이 평화로워지고 방 내부에 큰 tv와 푹신한 침대 덕분에 편하게 보냈습니다 ^^

I had an amazing 3-day stay at this apartment in Bangkok! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of everything, with great local restaurants just across the street and around the corner. There’s even an excellent all-you-can-eat seafood place just diagonally across from the building — highly recommended! The metro station is very close by, making it super convenient to explore other parts of the city. The apartment itself was fantastic: clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and although the space isn't huge, it feels very well laid out and spacious enough for any tourist. It truly had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with — a big plus! Would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

I’m truly grateful to have been hosted once again by Steve and his team. The entire experience was seamless and highly professional. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed in a minimalist retro style. It had everything needed for a longer stay, and if anything was missing, the team was quick to provide it. The apartment is located in a very modern condo complex in Thong Lo, which is so well-equipped—with its own supermarket, co-working space, two gyms, cinema, several pools, and more—that you hardly ever need to leave. The location right in the heart of Thong Lo, along with the free shuttle service to the BTS, is another big plus. All in all, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I would happily return anytime. Thank you so much!

-The apartment was extremely clean with a good set of furniture. I stayed here with my wife and 3 year old son and the bed was big enough for all 3 of us -Was super convenient to have a washing machine in the balcony. -Location is a 10/10 Midpoint to almost any location in Bangkok -And lastly, Luke is a brilliant Host Super responsive, very friendly and professional Will come back here again if ever I’m in Bangkok

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Fotos – modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war hervorragend, alles war gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Kommunikation mit Tatiya: sehr gut, schnell und herzlich. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

My stay at Attaporn’s apartment was wonderful from start to finish. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed—perfect for a relaxing end to my Thailand trip. Modern building with a unique style. Fast elevators and active security. Great view of the city. Multiple restaurants and a 7/11 less than 50 meters away.

I enjoyed the stay! The room is clean and true to pictures. The host and her daughter were very nice! She was responsive and friendly and helped me a lot — even something that was not about the airbnb — during my stay. Will definitely come back if I ever visit Phu Quoc again!

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

This was the best place we stayed in Vietnam. The hosts themselves came for the check-in and check -out. The property is very well maintained, neat and clean. One can find a comfort of home and luxury of hotel in this apartment. Thumps up for the hosts.

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Sehr gute Beschreibung um vom Zug, Haltestelle, AOK, in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung könnte etwas suchen und Überarbeitung vertragen, alles in allem aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche könnte ein wenig sortierter sein. Der Pool ist richtig gut, gerade nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. WLAN funktioniert und die Waschmaschine erfüllt ihren Dienst. Der Gastgeber ist schnell zu erreichen und behebt kleinere Mängel sofort. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist ruhig, gut gelegen und für zwei Leute ausreichend groß , jederzeit gerne wieder.

Our stay at Joop’s apartment was wonderful! The place was modern, clean and incredibly peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Bangkok. The apartment was thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Nana BTS station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Everything you might need is within walking distance, which makes getting around super easy. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was stocked with everything I could need. I truly enjoyed my time here! Joop was an exceptional host—friendly and attentive. I really appreciated her follow-ups and care throughout the stay. I’d 100% recommend this apartment and would stay here again!
