Family-friendly holiday rentals in Mekong River

Enjoyed our stay here. Jane was super communicative and responsive. The place was decorated very well with many unique touches. Appreciated the various lighting options. It was clean and WiFi was excellent. Great balcony view and good location. The one downside for us was the pigeons calling the balcony their second home. The AC compressor is also outside right by where they do their business, so the AC air coming in is a bit stale and not very fresh. There’s a good air purifier inside which helps but something to consider if you’re sensitive.

Will highly recommend this place especially for it's location and how clean the place was! Will definitely choose this again if I visit Bangkok.

Wonderful stay, very spacious and large rooms, filled with all amenities. Buay is an amazing host and does everything to render all the help she can. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still well connected to it. Highly recommended for peaceful stays for families.

Good. It's like staying at home. The photo on the cover looks new. It's easy to get around. The place is quiet. It's like changing the mattress. The bathroom is bigger than expected. Towels, hand cream, liquid soap, shampoo are also provided. You can cook a little bit. There is a cutting board. Toaster is provided. Plates, bowls, cups, spoons are all. Nice wide swimming pool with a place to run and walk. Lots of trees. Shady is from Bangkok, but the smoke is here to breathe a lot of air. Our family with us is a five-year-old. Both pools, tubs, and places to roam. As for humans, a lot of bags, it's nice to have a golf cart. P.S. 7 is about 8 lok away from the house.

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

The bungalow was just perfect and the host was so lovely. The location is prime, with easy access to plenty of lovely restaurants by foot or motorbike, and direct access to the river. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Everything went smoothly, hosts are friendly and responsive, instructions are pretty clear and homestay is exactly as described! It takes ~20 minutes to get from homestay to old quater with bike. I would highly recommend this accomodation!

Phen is great! So friendly and warm. Gave me local recommendations on things to do and I loved all of them. Breakfast was great. His tuk tuk driver, Oeurt is amazing. So kind and waited for me everywhere that I stopped at. I wanted a traditional stay and this delivered. Thank you again for an amazing 4 day stay!

There is a maid that helps with checking in to the house and getting breakfast in the morning. And the host is extremely nice and helpful in aiding me to rent a car from the area nearby. Highly recommend the place for your stay if you ever come to Khaoyai. The place is clean. If you come with family or big group, can play soccer or badminton with kids at the field just beside the house.

I stayed for a month and was very happy with the apartment. The lake view and the balcony is awesome. It is fully equipped and cooking was possible. There is staff in the building from 7 am to 11 pm and they are generally helpful though there could have been some more explanations at checkin. Overall this a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Benny was attentive, helpful, and kind—regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with so many great local food options just steps away, and being right next to the BTS made getting around the city super convenient. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The apartment is very well maintained, clean and as described. It's in a great location, making it easy to get around and get to the main points of interest. The entrance is simple and very well explained, which makes check-in hassle-free. Host is responsive, responds quickly to messages, and is very helpful. We felt confident throughout the stay. The only thing to note: the bed is very firm. Personally, I didn't like it, but my partner loved it – it's really a matter of personal preference. Apart from that, everything was perfect!

Highly recommended place and Charles is a great host, always helpful and responsive. The condo has everything you need for a pleasent stay including access to a pool area and a fitness room. Also close to a lot of local eateries and nice lake area great for running and biking.

3rd time I stayed with them. Great host will stay again with them.

Really nice little apartment for a solo traveler with everything in it and some nice art work on the walls. The host is very friendly and helpful and the building is quiet as is the neighborhood.

We loved our stay at this beautiful accommodation in Wongamat, Pattaya. Everything was perfect: the apartment was beautiful, the pool incredible, and the whole place really nice to live in.
