The place is very nice and spacious. We went as a big family and truly love the villa and the in-home entertainment the place has offered. I hope they will place some anti-slip mats in the jacuzzi and sauna room since the floor is slippery. In general, we love our stay and will definitely come back.

Nhà rộng rãi, thoải mái, dụng cụ bếp cũng rất đầy đủ. Hồ bơi cũng rất to và sạch. Chủ nhà thân thiện; chị quản gia cũng nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khi mình thông báo có sự cố. Ngoài ra, nhóm mình cũng gặp sự cố về máy lạnh, chị quản gia cũng đã hỗ trợ. Tuy không thể xử lý được ngay nhưng chị chủ đã hỗ trợ voucher cho lần tiếp theo để bù đắp, nên mình highly recommend chủ nhà ạ!

The host is very friendly and helpful, providing good local restaurant recommendations. The pool and rooms are clean. Although it is farther from downtown, it is definitely a nice place to spend your holiday.

Все было потрясающе. Прекрасный месяц в замечательной и уютной квартире. Все что нужно есть внутри - большой телевизор, необходимая посуда, фен и плюс полноразмерный холодильник, что было важно для нас. Изумительный вид с балкона и отличный сервис. В комплексе огромный чистый бассейн на крыше и хороший спортзал. Приятный подарок за долгий срок аренды. Сейчас это редкость. Спасибо! Когда вернёмся обязательно попробуем заселиться сюда снова :)

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this villa. The villa has a high ceiling, spacious living room/bedrooms/outside sitting area, rooftop sitting area with beautiful views, and enough kitchen appliances/glasses/cups for all of us. Loved every minute spent here at this villa. Also it is secluded with great privacy but at the same time if you walk for 5-6mins it is easily accessible to main road with lots of restaurants. It is also easy to get Grab taxis. It is a perfect place to stay with a group of friends/family. I will definitely come back! Thank you Vinh for your kindness and prompt response every time!

Looks just like the pictures. Amazing location with a beach entrance. The host was very kind and really helpful. Its a big villa and she does a great job maintaining it. Best part was the sunset - its really beautiful. You can get social media worthy pictures here! Overall, amazing way to relax and spend your time here. Strongly recommend this place.

I stayed here with my family on my trip the Vietnam. The place was clean and the service was very good. They took care of our every need including providing us we a free upgrade to accommodate our large family. The helped us with our daily trips around island. They made our experience to Phu Quoc to be a very pleasant one. Thank you. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

숙소도 생각보다 아주 쾌적해서 머물고 놀기 너무 좋았습니다 하우스 키핑해주시는 분들도 아주 깔끔히 잘해주셨어요 ~ 단점은 딱 하나 ~ 주소검색하면 다른곳으로 가끔나오는것 그거 말고는 없습니다 구글맵은 잘나오는데 그랩에는 잘안나오더라구요

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

I had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! His communication was excellent, and his dedication to ensuring guests feel at home was truly impressive. The property was ideal for a small group getaway, and Minh went above and beyond to accommodate any additional requests. The house itself was beautiful, with stunning coastal views from every room. It’s the perfect spot for large groups celebrating special occasions. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment. Well positioned need the beach. Great pool at the unit and central property pool. Mainly clean but could’ve been better under the bed and side tables etc. All in all a good stay. Very helpful staff when needed.

C'est la 2ième fois que je séjourne à la villa, et c'était tout aussi magique. Cette maison est un pur enchantement, et il est sûr que si je reviens à Kep ce sera là. Elle est très élégante, confortable et a un charme fou. La terrasse en bois à l'étage nous a offert un moment de sérénité totale au coucher de soleil. On se sent merveilleusement bien dans cette maison, le jardin luxuriant sans aucun vis à vis participe à cette sensation. Il y a beaucoup d'espace car elle est très spacieuse, pourtant on se sent dans un cocon. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d'avoir tout cet espace pour nous seuls, pas de piscine à partager ou de regards indiscrets du voisinage. Nous remercions encore Tai et son mari qui nous ont dorlotés. Le ménage pendant notre séjour était fait avec beaucoup d'application, et Len a pris en charge notre BBQ du diner.

Stayed at Bao Tran Villa for 2 nights. The place is exactly as listed. The pool was clean and crystal clear. The kids absolutely loved it. Chú Cường was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a small party and left the cleanup overnight as he kindly took care of everything for us the next morning. Kha and Trang were super responsive and clearly communicated all the information, all the house rules, making everything so easy . Our family really enjoyed the stay. We’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

This is a wonderful place to stay for some much needed peace and enjoying nature in the Cambodian countryside. The house is modern and beautiful. Great pool that my family loved swimming in. Well equipped and comfortable home with lots of space.

C'était les meilleurs vacances de notre vie!!!! Nous étions 8 adultes et 2 bébés et tous s'est déroulé à merveille. L'endroit sailing club signature resort est fantastique, notre co-hote Hagiang était exceptionnelle, super réactive à chacune de nos demandes. Nous avons passé le meilleur séjour, merci beaucoup à Shinsuke et Hagiang, la villa était merveilleuse et l'emplacement est super, proche de tout. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Very nice and convenient Villa with lots of restaurants, convenient store and banks within walking distance. Accessible by car and easy to get there. very peaceful and safe with security guard at night. all rooms with en suite bathroom, very convenient. A few glitches here and there but the host was very attentive and solve them quickly. Comfortable and really enjoyable stay. Duong was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend Duong's place!

Very honest and polite owner of the villa. Everything was in line with our expectations. He provided any assistance. Clean, big house, air conditioners in all rooms. If I come to Vung Tau again, I will only consider this option. Guys, thank you, everything was great. Thanks
