Our stay at Ruby Home was perfect! The host was responsive and staff is on-site to assist with any problems that may arise. The area is home to lots of great food and cafes. Despite the hustle and bustle of the main street, the airbnb is very quiet. You can even use the balcony to look out over the city. :)

It’s a pretty good place to stay and it’s near the Airport, i highly recommend this place if you want to live near the Airport

Overall this was a great first experience of Vietnam. The host provided us with plenty of amenities that we needed, towels, spoons, bowels, etc. The location was also great, several convenience stores that had everything you needed just right below and there was no waiting on a grab to pick us up. We were able to quickly get to everywhere we wanted to within a 30 min radius. The host also provided several recommendations on places to eat, things to do and so much more which led us to the best massage ever. My only note is that the apartment does stay on the warmer side regardless of how cold you turn the ac down, but this is just something you’ll have to get use to it.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Simmi apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the photos on their listing. Services like house keeping and laundry were provided by an exceptional lady. The area is located in D7 of HCM city so it’s a pretty safe place and was walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants. You won’t get as much local street food here, but there are vendors on the road where you can find cheaper food. The prices are high for the area, but if you know where to look, you can also find cheap local cuisine. We also rented a motorbike from a place nearby. Check in and out was an easy process. I would say the only thing is that sometimes you can hear the people upstairs or people walking up, but other than that it’s pretty quiet and everyone is considerate of others. The place we rented was located inside a hair salon, so it took some time to find at first. We stayed for a whole month and we highly recommend this place.

Natalie was so friendly, flexible and responsible. She even helped carry our luggage, checked us in, showed us the beautiful condo at 2 am! What a beautiful view from the condo. Every morning and night, from the bedroom and the living, I felt so relaxed watching the view of the river, bridges, the buildings, lights and traffic.This is a very safe and convenient area. Security team was so nice and extreme helpful! I would highly recommend Natalie and River Gate condo!!! Thank you so much again, Natalie!

I had my business trip in Saigon and during this period was very busy with us. Fortunately, there is Golden Tree to help receive things and let me put away thanks to things so our work is convenient and save a lot of time. Golden Tree has a reception on duty morning & evening that is very convenient to support guests all the time. The cleaning staff is also very attentive. I am very satisfied and next time I get to work in district 7, I will definitely stay at this place. Golden Tree hill also has a super delicious restaurant, in 8 days here I have had breakfast at this shop 4-5 times more 🤤 delicious than the famous ones in District 1. The surrounding area of Golden Tree is both quiet and safe with a lot of convenient restaurants.

10 minutes from the airport in a non touristic neighbourhood

I have stayed at this location three times now and it's always a pleasurable experience. The host is always friendly, the room is always clean and comfortable. A truly wonderful place to stay whenever I'm in HCM.

Minh and Norah were excellent hosts! They accommodated me last minute when a booking with a different AirBnb fell through, and offered me some sugar cane juice on arrival since there was a power outage in the region. They gave me lots of great recommendations, I particularly enjoyed the Hủ tiếu Tư lùn restaurant, delicious! And importantly, the AC works perfectly ❄️. Would highly recommend the stay!

The place was lovely with a lot of commodities like washing machine (very very useful) , Iron , a kitchen , a swimming pool etc. and a incredible view on Vung tau and the sea If I go back here I'll definitely try to book it again

I had a wonderful stay at Bac's place. She was very accommodating. Had cleaning up to twice per week and laundry as well. The cleaner as professional and friendly. It's in a good location. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop. Quite peaceful and chill. Downside is that the walls are pretty thin and so you can hear people's footsteps above you as well as people talking. And there are lots of ants in the apt. Other than this, I had a great stay and would stay again.

I had a short but pleasant stay here which is conveniently located nearby the airport for my domestic trip in VN. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a hospitable and friendly host who helped me check in with ease. The room and services available was as described in the listing and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place not too far from the airport and city.

Chinh and her team (Jack) were awesome. They were so responsive. Their condo was nicer than the pictures. I would wholeheartedly recommend!!!

We stayed in this apartment for an entire month and couldn’t have been happier. The space is cozy, spotless, and bright—just as described in the listing and shown in the photos. The view is absolutely stunning; sipping morning coffee while gazing out at the sea was priceless. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help—truly above and beyond. As a delightful bonus, a fireworks display every evening made our stay feel like a celebration (and it never got old). Highly recommend!

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

The apartment is new, clean, close to the airport and convenient stores. Check in with password should be comfortable about the time. Hosts are helpful, quick to reply

The apartment itself was nicely decorated with the necessities for living. There is a daily cleaning service and the staff will do your laundry if asked. Everyone employed there was helpful and pleasant. A critique would be that the internet speed is inconsistent. As for the neighborhood, it feels much more local than the central parts of D3 or D1. I would say a more charming neighborhood than the developed center with businesses run out of the bottom floor of a family's house rather than larger storefronts. The place is about a 5-10 minute walk from Tan Dinh Church for reference. Although, getting to city center is a quick 12 min Grab bike ride, or longer if you use a car with traffic. Overall, I had a great month here.
