Apartment holiday rentals in Mekong River Delta

Brian was such an amazing host! He greeted me at check in and assisted me with my luggage and clearly explained how to use the amenities. He promptly answered any questions I had and promptly addressed any concerns. He is super friendly and flexible. The apartment was just as the pictures and in a great location in Sunset Town. I had a great view of the sea, Kiss bridge, cable cars, and firework show from both of the balconies. I 100% recommend booking this apt! I would definitely come back if I’m ever back in Phu Quoc!

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

The room was clean and in a great location, easy to get around to tourist spots. It was quiet and felt very safe, so I had a really good night’s sleep – the bed was big and comfortable too. The host was very lovely, friendly, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

Beautiful view of the city! Perfect spot which was in walkable distance to busy streets and the walking street for night life. There’s also a massage place directly outside which was convenient. An easy spot to rest before/after day trips. Only recommendation would be for the bed to have a top sheet. That may be a personal preference. The shower water also gets everywhere in the bathroom so an extra bath mat may be needed.

Nice, quiet area of district one. Check in is simple and the building elevators are not as busy as other buildings. The room is clean and spacious. Perfect for working or relaxing. One of my favorite buildings to stay in.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The place is very nice and the host is a very nice guy who will help you out with anything. Located just in the middle of the island so you can checkout a lot of places with just a short bike ride!

I don't think I've ever been in an AirBnB that was better supplied than this one. It seemed that everything I could possibly need was somewhere in the apartment (various towels, tissues, etc.). Beyond that, the service provided by the hosts was at the highest level. Super prompt replies to all of my messages. High-quality, 5-star stay.

The space is beautifully decorated with such warm and cozy classic touches—it’s like a little haven of peace. The bed was comfy and the room had blackout curtains. Every little detail made the space feel extra special and welcoming. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close to the malls and local street foods. Great location! It was our final stop of our Vietnam leg, apartment was very new and modern! Our children enjoyed the spacious apartment and the pool!

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay—very satisfied with both the apartment and the host. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely book again when visiting Ho Chi Minh with family. My parents and kids truly loved it. The bedrooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds that felt like home. Bathrooms were spotless, well-equipped, and smelled fresh. The spacious living room comfortably fit all 9 of us (6 adults, 3 kids). The kitchen had all the essentials—we enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner, with a grocery store just 5 minutes away. Laundry was easy with a washer, dryer, and drying space provided. Even the garbage area was clean and odor-free. The host was friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. Big thumbs up for the host and apartment!
