Beautifully located in a rural place with spacious terrace and garden. The nature reserve 't Roegwold and the Fraeylemaborg are within walking distance. Supermarket 1.5 km. Schildmeer is 7 km away. In a typical 'Ostfriesen' - house you rent an independant, cosy, flat, that is situated at Rysum, village near the North Sea (the UNESCO World heritage). Next to the kitchen, provided with everything you need, you find a comfortable, queen-sized bed for two and a bathroom with a large bathtube. It helps you to relax and feel good. If you are interested, a 3. person could rent an extra room with shower next to the flat. Please contact me beforehand (room and bicycles for a small fee!)

Old bakery Rysum - near the North Sea! Building monument!

Monumental bakery in the centre of Rysum: living in an exceptional atmosphere. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, a shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in gable. Wi-Fi, but shaky! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The way to the small "secret" beach by car: Drive from Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, to the end of the road (BEACH LOAD), park your car and walk north by the water...

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen.
