Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Medina

A beautiful and modern Riad which made our family feel at home! Gorgeous rooms, bathrooms, nice rooftop lounge area with a small plunge pool but enough to soak in hot weather. Location is literally 3 mins walk to Jema El Fena!! A/C was amazing. Great brekkie by our lovely housekeeper who doesn’t speak English so be sure to use Abdel ( house manager) via text to ask for anything. Best breakfast we ate and she made chakshouka as a special request. TY Rachida! Definitely arrange here for her reasonable taxi which takes you to alley where a porter grabs your luggage and walks you rest of way where cabs don’t go. If I had any minor complaints it was no working dryer but we dried things on roof and could use washer! No doubt that will be fixed as the owner has a gem of a place!! Will 100% recommend this to anyone visiting the Medina! Ty Hannah and Abdel for a great place!!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Es ist so schön wie auf den Fotos und man könnte ganze Abende dort entspannt verbringen. Wir waren nur zu viert und waren uns erst nicht sicher, ob das ganze Gebäude wirklich für uns ist. Ibtissam war super nett und hat uns ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet und hat mir sogar mehrere Aker Fassi besorgt, damit ich nicht feilschen muss. Man kämpft nachts gegen ein paar Mücken, weil die Türen nicht ganz dicht sind. Aber ab der zweiten Nacht hatten wir keine Probleme mehr und die Mücken sind langsam. Kleiner Tipp: Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten auf Maps, um zum Riad zu gelangen. Man muss die zweite Route wählen, wo auch das Riad Christina in der Nähe liegt. (Wenn euch Personen den Weg zeigen möchten, erwarten sie dafür Geld.) Statt Shampoo, hatten wir Duschgel im Bad. Es war alles sehr sauber und einfach wirklich schön und wir würden wiederkommen!

A wonderful stay in the heart of the Medina. The riad was spotless, beautifully designed, and very private. Nicole was exceptional: incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and always two steps ahead. The breakfast spread each morning was amazing, and Fatima was an absolute gem, kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fabuleux dans ce Riad magnifique ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’hôte Estèle a été aux petits soins bien avant notre arrivée, en nous aidant à organiser notre voyage et en répondant avec une grande réactivité à toutes nos demandes particulières. Sur place, Samira nous a régalés avec une cuisine délicieuse, authentique et pleine de saveurs – un vrai bonheur à chaque repas. Et que dire de Hamid, toujours disponible et d’une gentillesse remarquable, qui veille à ce que tout se passe au mieux. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Das AirBnB war super ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche, und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Lage war direkt in der Medina, aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Nebenstraße gelegen. In die eine Richtung kam man zu den lokalen Marktständen und in die andere in die eher touristischen Souks, das war perfekt. Der Host war herzlich und hat uns am Anfang alles gezeigt. Es ist ein tolles AirBnB, um Marrakesh zu erkunden und wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

We had an awesome time staying at the Riad! It was our first trip to Morocco and the hosts made us feel welcome. The roof deck was so nice and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Hanan makes the best breakfasts and dinners. We also enjoyed the guided tours and having Ismael get us from place to place and take us out for adventures in the area. Highly recommend the extra meals in the riad, the tours and the massage. Such a great experience!

Très beau petit Ryad, idéalement situé dans la médina , au calme . Excellente literie et chambre fraîche, climatisation parfaite. Jolie terrasse . Fatima toujours réactive et disponible. Transfert aéroport-Ryad ponctualité exemplaire. Globalement excellent rapport qualité prix dans un quartier typique et animé, point de départ idéal pour découvrir différents secteurs de Marrakech .

This was one of the best airbnbs aesthetically that i have ever been inside. Super nice art, nice interior; even a makeup desk where a girl could use for their makeup needs inside the bedroom. I was incredibly impressed. Good value for money, good location, and overall a good airbnb. Host answers every single time i messaged him in one minute. Literally one minute he answered all the time. That was even more impressive. One time we got locked out because i lost the key, the host sent someone to help within 15 minutes. I recommend, i recommend and i recommend again anyone who wants a nice airbnb in marrakech, that they should pick this one. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Un séjour au top ! L’appartement était impeccablement propre, avec une odeur de frais dès l’entrée, un vrai plaisir. La literie était très confortable, c’est vraiment ce que j’ai le plus apprécié ! La salle de bain et le salon étaient tout aussi soignés. La communication avec les hôtes a été excellente : réactifs, disponibles et très agréables. Rien à redire, ça mérite largement 5 étoiles. J’espère vraiment pouvoir revenir chez vous lors d’un prochain séjour à Marrakech !

Jonas was very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. The apartment is well designed, the terrace was private and offered views, and could open up the space to watch TV from the hot tub. The hot tub was large, easy to use and had an adjustable awning to keep out of the sun if desired. Bedrooms were spacious and had storage space, also two fully equipped bathrooms. The air con worked well. TV had international channels and plenty to watch if you wanted. Overall very good experience, would highly recommend for the space and location.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten keine Probleme und die Wohnung war in einem makellosen Zustand. Die Lage ist gut und der Service des Gastgebers ist hervorragend. Es war mir eine Freude, mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden zu haben.

Younes’s place was more amazing than we could ever imagine. It was very big and spacious. The rooms were very nice and everything was kept very clean. He assisted us with transportation and was very communicative. He was an amazing host and all of his employees are super sweet as well. He gave us great recommendations for exploring and eating in Marrakesh. We will definitely be coming back!

Zouhair est un super hôte, ainsi que Youssef. Ils sont super réactifs. Si vous avez la moindre question, ils sont toujours à vous aider très rapidement. C’est très rassurant lorsque l’on arrive dans un endroit que l’on ne connait pas. Le logement était top! Super bien placé (grande surface, commerces et restaurants accessibles à pieds), le centre est à proximité également! Je recommande sans hésiter!

Un véritable coup de cœur ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, avec un vrai concept, une énergie et une atmosphère incroyables. Tout est parfaitement pensé, c’est un lieu magique où l’on se sent très bien dès l’arrivée. En plus, Bruno a toujours été très réactif et attentionné dans ses réponses, ce qui est très appréciable et rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation, et je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent une belle expérience.<3

Mon épouse et moi-même avons passé un séjour tout simplement formidable dans ce logement. Très propre et totalement fonctionnel en plus d’être tout plein de charme, ce dernier correspondait en tous points à nos attentes. Aucune mauvaise surprise, tout était conforme à ce qui avait été annoncé en amont, nous en avons donc été totalement satisfaits. L’environnement du logement : nous avons trouvé celui-ci idéalement situé, dans un quartier agréable, animé, totalement sécurisé, avec d’innombrables restaurants et commerces de proximités. L’hôte : David est à l’image de son logement, tout simplement extra. En plus d’être très réactif, ce dernier s’est démené avant notre arrivée pour répondre à une demande particulière de notre part, mais aussi avant notre départ, afin de faciliter autant que faire se peut celui-ci. Les échanges ont été fluides et très agréables. Nous retournerons très certainement à Marrakech et nous reposerons sans hésiter nos valises chez lui. Merci pour tout David. :-)

Hôte réactif, qui a su réagir du à une baie vitré qui ne se fermer pas correctement De plus, il a gérer un chauffeur privée pour À/R pour l’aéroport à tarif raisonnable Le logement correspond à la description, gros point positif pour la piscine. Rapport qualité prix plus que correct

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

Great apartment in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood

It’s a sanctuary in the best neighborhood in Marrackech. Facing the Yves saint laurent museum Wich is a very nice street good shops coffees spa … but also very easy to go to the Medina etc I could hear the birds from the balcony it was like a little dream and the place is really big …. The pictures doesn’t show how big it is…. It’s very modern open kitchen nice sofa to chill in the living room the beddings are very good quality. The host is very very helpful. I really recommend this place if you want to have a very comfy refuge to come back to after all your outdoors experiences 🙏🏽 Thank you Badr for making it happy for us ✨

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé dans une résidence sécurisée. L’accès à l’appartement se fait facilement grâce aux informations précises reçues en amont. L’appartement est superbe et conforme aux photos. Il est très bien équipé et l’on s’y sent bien. Idéalement situé dans un quartier animé, proche de tous commerces, cafés, restaurants… L’espace exterieur amenagé était un véritable atout pour une pause en journée ou en soirée. Julien était également très réactif et s’est montré disponible lorsque nous l’avons sollicité. N’hésitez pas à y séjourner si vous êtes de passage à Marrakech. Vous ne serez pas décus !
