Very nice, comfortable house. Very well decorated. Large and very well maintained pool. Helpful and discreet caretaker. Recommended without hesitation.

The week we stayed was great. The house is thoroughly cleaned daily, the garden and pool are also maintained by the gatekeeper Ibu who got us delicious fresh bread every morning. Daba, the cook, made us daily delicious dishes. It was an ideal way to discover Senegalese cuisine. We spent a wonderful time in peace with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay at Valerie's house in Warang. The house is very comfortable with many pleasant outdoor spaces at different times of the day. Valerie's team, consisting of Augustine, Seylou and Demba, is exceptional. Valerie provided us with excellent advice before our arrival on activities to do and sites to see. We highly recommend this listing.

The place was as described. Morcoumba, the manager is lovely-- very helpful and kind--and he prepares delicious food! It would have been helpful to have a pin of the location (especially if you don't speak French) but we had no problems because Mor helped us.

Full of superlatives for this accommodation, which was consistent with the description and photos. Spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Topissime swimming pool. Cyril is accommodating and responsive Aliou, let's not talk about it, simple, pleasant and efficient. He was able to share with me very good plans for food, horseback riding, etc. Very discreet cleaning team and time slots validated with Aliou so as not to be out of bed. Thank you so much for this stay, certainly the best!

We came with friends from Dakar to cut with a very active daily life, and this villa was exactly what we needed. A real haven of peace, spacious, well thought out, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. Everything was together to relax, laugh, eat well and enjoy each other. A huge thank you to Carl for his availability and fluid communication throughout the stay, and a special thought to Amy and Serigne for their welcome on site. We leave refreshed, rested and with the desire to come back soon!

We were a family of 5. 2 adults and 3 children. Eldest child 17 and 2 young children aged 6 years old. Great location and a beautiful property! Laurence was very responsive. Housekeeper was really nice, she cooked amazing food and was very prompt each day. We checked in quite late and Abou was there waiting, early hours in the morning! Very secure area and overall we were very pleased. There was a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, bedding, towels and air conditioning. We would highly recommend. When we come back to Senegal we will definitely rebook this property.

Our stay at Bénédicte's was lovely. The villa has all the supplies you need to feel at home. The residence is monitored 24 hours a day which is reassuring. The swimming pool is right next to the villa which is great when you want to cool off. Communication was easy all the way and likewise with Juliette who was always present when needed. You can go to this property without a second thought.

This house is a paradise everyone loved it! The welcome is perfect . The house is superb , even better than in the pictures , tastefully decorated and well-equipped . The pool with its large terrace overlooking the sea is ideal. And you can swim at sea  with a sandy beach right in front of the house. The location is ideal . Salifou the caretaker  is fully available and responsive for any questions. The exceptional good has taken great care of us . I highly recommend it!

After 26 years of absence from Senegal, for this week-long vacation, we were returning as a family (12 people over three generations now), to this beautiful country that we knew, because we had lived there with our three children for two very nice years. We did not want to reside in a club to maintain our privacy and we did well to choose Villa Mima. Set in a beautiful setting, on the waterfront, the house directly overlooks a pretty sandy beach, where real Senegalese life is expressed, with all its nature, every morning with fishermen and every night for swimming and other sports sessions, just before a postcard sunset. We were filled. The house is superb, the decor beautiful and our hosts (Laye , his wife Ami and their team), in every way remarkable. Kindness, listening, availability, discretion, these are the qualifiers that describe them. Ami and Laye's cuisine, especially, is worthy of Saly's best restaurants. We really enjoyed ourselves every night, returning from our excursions and walks, from their delicious menus that we had made together. And for us, who were afraid to find the health quality problems of the water (once a daily concern for "touristas" invalid) and to spoil our week and/or that of our young and old children, we had at our disposal, at each tap of the villa, perfectly potable water, thanks to the very efficient filtration system, which is far from being very spread locally. The owner, Veerle, was very courteous and very responsive, was not present during our stay, but was constantly attentive to us, especially before our arrival, answering all our questions accurately, realistic and kind. In closing, we highly recommend this high quality rental, especially for large families or groups of friends eager to discover (or rediscover like us) Senegal, apart from club-type collective accommodations, often a little too sanitized.

Great stay. The nickel house, there are points for improvement but great value for money. Philippe was responsive. The top caretaker Ephrème always available and helping as well as Caroline. The house is large and well laid out. Attention separate rooms if children are toddlers otherwise between adults it is each great their bathroom and their bedroom. The pool is a delight and the beach nearby but not very swimmable plastic cleaning! Accommodation with the locals is lovely. I would recommend it and would love to come back.

Cecile place was amazing, very spacious and beautifully decorated. it is very airy too, you won't feel the heat much. very nice maintained swimming pool. we enjoyed our stay there. beautiful plants outside too. very quiet area. you just need to have a car to move around otherwise Zale is an amazing taxi driver that was recommended by Cecile. thank you for everything.

We met up with family at this lovely house for a weeks catch up and relaxation.The house is just beautiful,tastefully decorated and it was great that things like the air con worked well in every room. The pool and gardens were great,we enjoyed bird spotting from the sun loungers.The location is peaceful and Naby’s recommendation of the local pizza restaurant was much appreciated for a last night treat.The compound felt very safe and the walk to the beach was a great trip each night to catch the stunning sunset over the sea.Naby was there at the end of the phone , with swift and excellent help as soon as we texted with a query.We would highly recommend you stay at this Airbnb.

Very nice and comfortable house for a family. Air conditioning is a real plus. The pool and the outdoors are very pleasant. Not to mention the praise we can give to Boli and Thiouro who make this stay so sweet and unforgettable. The Senegalese Teranga is at the doors of this house. Myriam, for her part, was always pleasant, very available, helpful and gave us excellent advice so that our stay went smoothly. We'll be back without hesitating.

We booked a week in this villa in June, we were 6 people. And how can I tell you that our stay was just MA-GNI-FI-CENT!!! The accommodation is located in a peaceful environment between the sea and the pool, 30 seconds' walk away, what more could you ask for? There are also two supermarkets (Carrefour and Auchan) nearby if needed. Hosts Christine and Abdoulaye are attentive, very responsive and caring. A big THANK YOU TO YOU! Impeccable cleanliness of the premises, a housekeeper who takes great care of her guests. The photos posted by the hosts really reflect the villa. You can book this accommodation with your eyes closed!

Tom and Sue’s house in Warang was exactly what we needed — calm, inspiring, and full of charm. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in a cocoon of peace, authenticity, and effortless charm. The garden and pool is full of birds and blends naturally with the surroundings. The interior is Original, a little Senegalese and a little Berlin creative style. You can really feel the care they’ve put into every detail. They were wonderful hosts: kind, helpful, and present without being intrusive. It’s rare to find a place that feels this relaxed and genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something real and restorative in wonderful village in Senegal.
