Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

I had a very comfortable stay at Silvia's. The room met all my expectations and was even a little bigger than it looked in the pictures. The location was perfect for exploring all parts of Venice, but it wasn't too close to the louder, more crowded areas of the city, which I appreciated. There are a lot of mosquitoes in Venice, but the mosquito net attached to the window worked so well that I never had any issues with them. If mosquitoes do get inside, though, Silvia provides other tools. Silvia was very considerate and flexible and even offered to keep my luggage for longer without me having to ask. Overall, I felt that the accommodation was perfect for solo travelers staying in Venice!

Seven star review if I could! Everything was wonderful. Torcello is a quiet, little island with a magnificent history in the Venetian lagoon. You can visit the nearby basilica, church, bell tower and museum of the 7th and 11th century, then walk to Franco's beautiful historic home which offers all the modern comforts. It is clean, comfortable and well stocked. He is an exceptional and receptive host. Franco's place is magical if you want a quiet Venice, good food and want to be around nature and history.

I had difficulties checking in, and the host quickly helped me solve the problem. The room is about 15 minutes from the train station, and you need to cross two bridges. After entering the gate, there are about two floors of stairs. The room was clean and tidy, and when I checked in, I found that the fan was not working, and the host quickly helped me replace it with a new fan!

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Location was perfect because you could chill in the village or explore the nearby cities and easily get to the beach (with rented car). The local restaurant was a pleasant surprise – their pizza was the best in my life. Even though the weather wasn’t great at times, we still had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!
