Holiday rentals with beach access in Mavrovouni

Eleni's beautiful house is a comfortable, well-stocked apartment with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom and a large terrace. The entire environment is clean and bright; it is in a convenient location, very close to the sea and very refined pastry bars. In 5 adults we were comfortable because the spaces are spacious. We recommend it and we'll be back The only advice is to upgrade or activate the Wi-Fi

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

Small ground floor apartment, very simple; matches the photos well. The essentials are available to stay there (may be missing a coffee maker;) ). Very clean. Shared but nice exterior. The main room that acts as a bedroom is air-conditioned (but relatively cool room even without air conditioning despite the outside heat). (No curtains at the glass entrance door so daylight wakes you up early but it allows you to enjoy the days longer!) Close to city center and beach. Quiet area. Very fluid communication, very nice hosts. 40 min from Pounda (port for Elafonissos) and 35 min from Monemvasia, so perfect location to crisscross the surrounding area. Communication with Markos was perfect throughout the stay. Both to find the rental and to help us with a faulty oven problem: Markos was perfect! The place was very clean and the bedding comfortable. The bathroom is not modern but it suited us for this one-night stopover near Monemvasia. I highly recommend this listing to visit the jewel of Monemvasia!

The house was beautiful, spotless and in a very good location, in the city center. Mrs. Marouliou was excellent, she helped us with everything we needed in all areas, before and during our stay. We would definitely like to stay there again the next time we visit the island!

Louli was an excellent host, she recommended us nearby restaurants, was very communicative and proactive. The place is only a few meters away from the beach!

The apartment is spacious, with a separate bedroom with a good bed. a nice kitchen where everything you need is present. A spacious terrace with a great sea view. The beach is 1 km from the house, and you can drive to good restaurants within 10 minutes and via a beautiful route in half an hour to Kardamily. Hospitable and friendly host, nice communication. In short, everything is good!!

We have had an amazing stay! The area is amazing with plenty to do. The little house is very cute and every little detail has been thought of with so much love and care. We would love to stay here again in the future ❤️

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Lovely location with a beautiful view, really nice villa, modern with a well stocked kitchen. They left a nice gift of local food and refreshments in the fridge. We will definitely be back.

This location was great in every way and we find it the very best location we have experienced so far during three Greek holidays. Location, space, amenities in the house, communication etc. were great. In addition, Sofia, her husband and daughter Argiro excelled in their attention to us in a good balance with respect for our privacy.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Quiet location, very suitable for those seeking relaxation. A car is highly recommended. Pure nature, very beautiful view of the sea.

Amazingly well positioned, private and super clean apartment. The bed was really comfortable and two pillows per person were provided. We loved eating our breakfast and some dinners on the private balcony overlooking the sea. Because the apartment was one big block back from the beach there was very little road noise and we were also able to park just outside. We would stay there again in a heartbeat 😍

Εμμανουίλα was responsive to our messages and provided us with a place to stay that met our expectations. The terrace is very nice and has an unobstructed sea view. A parking space is just outside the door but plenty of spaces are available on the street if needed.

Highlight: comfort, clean, quiet, well-located accommodation. Thanks to our host for these little touches on breakfast products, it's very appreciated!

Dimitra's place was accompanied by excellent hospitality. Dimitra gifted us with with fig jam, olives and Melba toast, things lovingly made by her mother. Dimitra even picked us up at 7 a.m.. to drop us off at the local bus depot. I felt like I was visiting a relative. Awesome stay.

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was wonderful (7 days). Maria and Konstantina were super proactive and nice in the communication. They gave us great tips for the area. And when something was broken, they immediately had it fixed. The apartment was super clean, is well equipped, the master bed was super comfortable and the location is right by the beach. We enjoyed the terrace in the morning and the cat family from the neighbourhood. 100% recommendation!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kalamata! The location is fantastic—close to the Train Park Museum, 10 minutes from the port, and easy access to the center by walking or bus. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself is modern, cozy, and well-equipped. It features a comfortable living room, a small but fully stocked kitchen, a compact bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious bedroom, a small balcony, and even a parking spot if you have a car. The Wi-Fi was strong, making it perfect for remote work. On top of that, the apartment was spotlessly clean, which made it even more inviting and comfortable. Anna Maria, the host, is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Her thoughtful attention to detail really made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kalamata

Despite being on a high traffic main street, it isn't noisy inside apartment. Terrace is very comfortable. Noise is distraction for quiet reading, but not conversation. very spacious and comfortable space. beds were great, nice ambient lighting. washing machine worked great and appreciate being given 3 pods for our 5 night stay and drying rack came with clothes pins which was nice for drying outside. shared reserved parking spot accessible behind building. Would stay here again.
