A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and fantastic views over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed sunset views and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead end road. Lovely place to recover from everyday hustle and bustle for a week, cocooning for the weekend or a comfortable stay while looking for a home in France.

Le gîte est situé au calme, à l'orée d'un lac de pêche, proche d'un petit village de la campagne Limousine. Entièrement équipé pour passer un agréable séjour, vous pourrez profiter du jardin pour vous ressourcer. Il dispose d'un accès à la piscine du 15 juin au 15 septembre. Vous découvrirez de nombreuses activités à proximité autant culturelles que sportives (randonnées, musées, VTT, pêche...)
