Living room, dine-in kitchen, laundry room, & half bath are located on the first floor. AC is provided on the first floor and in both bedrooms. Cable & internet provided. Sorry, pets are not allowed. No smoking/vaping. This listing is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close to downtown Napoleon and the Maumee River!

We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Enjoy staying inside by the cozy fireplace, 10 acres of wooded property along the tiffin river, direct access to fish the river, and enjoy miles of Scenic views with direct access to the Cannon-Wabash Bike and Walking trail! The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
