This was a gorgeous place! It has a bohemian feel and features many charming details that are one of a kind. We especially liked the balcony, kitchen, and shower. In terms of location, it is in the heart of a lively neighborhood with tons of cool restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There was a great Saturday morning market down the street. And Beco de Batman is very close and a one of kind street art experience. Due to club across the street, it can be noisy throughout the night on a Friday and Saturday, and we’d recommend ear plugs. Overall, it was an absolutely beautiful studio and amazing neighborhood to be in.

Excellent stay, great location, to access the Brás train station, take the Bras subway... Satisfied with everything.

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. We hope to come back more often <3

The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. What an amazing home! Very comfortable, clean, and private! We felt right at home. Location was great too, with good restaurants nearby, walking distance to the art alley (Batman Alley). We never felt unsafe. Giuliano was an amazing host. He gave us all the tips of where to go to eat and see and he’s always available! We’ll for sure be booking this home again next time we visit Sampa!

The space is cute, very cozy. The building is very quiet. I hope to come back again and again. Communication with the Host was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted by Antonia, Cortez's wife, she is so cute and friendly, she welcomed me very well, showed me the building and the apartment and explained everything very well. I definitely recommend it and will always come back!

Apartment as pictured. The infrastructure of the building is ideal: swimming pool, very nice gym, sauna, jacuzzi, massage room; Perfect . The location in Moema is great for getting around the different neighborhoods of São Paulo. I'll be back.

It was excellent. It was clean and the location is good. Quiet too. Perfect for those who go as a couple or with a mother-in-law, the rooms are separated from each other and each has its own bathroom. You can make breakfast and there is a market in the building. Close to many tourist spots. I'll stay again.
