The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note mil!

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

The day before Giovanna already gave us all the instructions about check-in, entry into the house, places like markets, cafes and restaurants, always very proactive, attentive and helpful. They quickly resolved an issue with the entrance at the same time we reported it. About the house, completely impeccable, very comfortable, cozy, very beautiful. Our entire experience was impeccable.

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. The place is just like the photos, all new and clean. It is next to Allianz Park, excellent for those who will attend a show there. I highly recommend it

I will compare this stay with another stay in Sao Paulo last year. Unlike the host, this stay had TV's in 2 of the 3 bedroom in addition to the living room. Big Plus. Also, last year I had to get out of car and raise the garage door by hand /manually. This host provides garage door opener with remote. Very handy and a Huge Plus. Also, the hot water controls in shower head were superior over my last experience.

The space is exactly as in the photos: spacious, with a super charming industrial vibe! The service was excellent, Marcelo was very quick and attentive in all responses. The outdoor fireplace was a different and very pleasant experience, which made all the difference in the stay. We will definitely come back another time! ✨♥️

Our stay was excellent!Gabriel was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our trip, always available to help with whatever was needed. The house exceeded all expectations — it is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for resting. Just a tip: be aware of the garage orientation… the entrance is very steep lol. It was amazing, I highly recommend it!

The second time we stayed, everything was perfect as the first time. Communication is always fast, the house is in excellent condition. The location is self-explanatory, close to everything. Next year we'll be there again.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my stay with Bia was. She was such an attentive and kind host, she offered me a haven after months of travelling. I sat on the beautiful terrace everyday enjoying the view of the beautiful São Paulo trees! There are two lovely coffee places nearby and plenty of little shops. I could not recommend this Airbnb more, I have beautiful memories that I’ll cherish forever. Next time I come to São Paulo this is the first place I will come to.

Understand the reason for the name, Chácara Por do Sol, the experience of the sunset view is perfect... We went to an event at the São Paulo Expo, in 4 adults and a baby. The house is simply very cozy, we feel at home from start to finish. Elaine super pre-disposed and cordial, we arrived later and still made our check-in with great sympathy. The house is very complete, it has basically everything a family needs and in my vision, personally it is better than the one seen in the photos. Having the opportunity to return to São Paulo with friends, I will stay again.

This was one of the best stays I've ever had! I had very cold days, the heater and bathrobe provided by Aline were very useful at night. I had planned to cook during my stay and found all the utensils I needed, the kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom was also one of the differentials, it is very large and has a wonderful shower. My only point of attention was regarding the lighting of the condominium, I had difficulties finding the house in the dark, I recommend that you check in earlier and when leaving, I left a light on to facilitate access to the house. Aline was a very attentive, polite and helpful host, gave tips on places to visit, helped me solve a problem I had here on the platform and helped with driver referrals. They were incredible days with a lot of nature, silence, comfort and even a visit from a marmoset.
