The host was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear which made the whole process effortless. The place was exactly as described clean comfortable and well equipped. I felt very welcome and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience

Der Vermieter war sehr flexibel, was die Check-In Zeit angeht und hat uns den Start in das Wochenende so sehr vereinfacht. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Wir konnten uns am Indoor- und Outdoorpool nicht satt sehen. Die Sauna wurde auch ausgiebig genutzt. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist top, wir haben gar nichts vermisst. Und die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters hat sich durch das ganze Wochenende gezogen. Er war sehr gut erreichbar, wenn ich mal wieder eine Frage hatte und immer hilfsbereit. Ich danke vielmals und hoffe, dass wir nochmal eine Gelegenheit haben hier Gäste zu sein.

House in a woods, the place is very quiet and private. Has everything for a picnic, good for a big company. The host is very friendly and nice. Recommend!

Idealne miejsce, aby odpocząć od zgiełku miasta. Piękne tereny odpowiednie na piesze wycieczki, wyprawy rowerowe a nawet spływ kajakiem. Sam domek piękny, wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy oraz jazzuzi sprawiły, że pobyt był przyjemny i relaksujący. Pan gospodarz miły i bezproblemowo można było się z nim skontaktować. Polecam na wypoczynek z przyjaciółmi lub rodziną!

Świetne miejsce i gospodarze, zzanowali prywatnosc i mielismy wielki spokoj od wszystkiego. Dzieci od 8 rano do 19 byly caly czas na dworze gdzie atrakcji nie bylo konca, huśtawki, zjeżdzalnie, hamaki, piaskownica i mnostwo zabawek. To byl dla nich bardzo dobrze spedzony urlop. Polecamy wszystkim, szczególnie rodzinom z dziećmi.

dom bardzo klimatyczny, łazienki czyste, w kuchni dobre zaopatrzenie, ogród jest najlepszym atutem tego miejsca, ogromna przestrzeń do wykorzystania, super miejsce dla większej ekipy aby nie czuć ścisku, dużo atrakcji dla dzieci NA PEWNO WRÓCIMY!

Spędziłyśmy z przyjaciółkami fantastyczny weekend w tym domku – mimo średniej pogody, miejsce przebiło nasze oczekiwania! Domek był niezwykle przytulny, świetnie wyposażony i idealny do wspólnego odpoczynku. Czułyśmy się jak w domu – z dala od codziennego zgiełku, mogłyśmy się w pełni zrelaksować. Widoki wokół były piękne, a atmosfera sprzyjała rozmowom, śmiechom i długim wieczorom przy herbacie i aperolu ;) Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce i z chęcią wrócimy!

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Appartment mit exzellenter und sehr moderner Ausstattung, sehr sauber, ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage. Man ist mit Bus und Bahn oder auch zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum von Warschau. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist ebenfalls sehr positiv.

My husband and I stayed here for a month and it was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed to cook at home and do laundry (excellent washing machine and a sturdy drying rack). The living room is particularly comfortable and the whole place had great WiFi. The bedroom is small and cozy but had great air flow on those nights when it was a bit warm. The windows are all very well insulated, so street noise was never a problem and building noise from neighbors was never a problem. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs and it was always well lit and well maintained. The location of the apartment is fantastic - a good grocery store with an ATM, great restaurants, and a fresh fruit and vegetable stand are all a block away. The historic old town is a 10 minute, flat walk and the river is a 10 minutes walk with stairs. Karolina and Lucasz are excellent hosts - kind, helpful and responsive. We are full time travelers and would gladly come back and stay longer!

La casa di Joanna è molto più bella da quello che si capisce nelle foto. Molto grande, pulita e con una vista meravigliosa. Siete a 10 metri dal barbacane. Zona piena di locali ma la camera da letto è protetta e potete dormire con le finestre aperte nel silenzio assoluto. La casa è stata ristrutturata recentemente ed è proprio accogliente. Se ritornerò a Varsavia non ho dubbi su dove alloggiare. Grazie

Katarzyna was a great host! Her apartment was beautiful, and very clean. Katarzyna was very responsive with messages and accommodating. I would certainly stay here again!!

חיפשנו מקום נגיש ונוח. הדירה מקסימה, הנוף נהדר. המיקום נוח ולמטה יש מגוון חנויות ומסעדות שהיו נוחים ממש (סושי, מסעדה איטלקית, מאפיה). הדירה רחוקה קצת מהמרכז, אבל לנו זה מאוד התאים והנסיעות במונית מאוד זולות ונוחות.

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ein paar Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, direkt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Da sie direkt an einer Straße liegt, ist es teilweise etwas laut, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

This, by far, is the loveliest neighborhood we have ever stayed in in Warsaw. The apartment is beautifully appointed… small but comfy for 2. It has all the amenities needed while traveling. Lovely wooden furniture! The linens were wonderful to fall into at end of day. The balcony is a plus, overlooking a quiet park. Top shelf!!!

I had an excellent stay at Karolina’s place! The house had everything I needed, was spotless, and felt very comfortable. Karolina was a welcoming host with clear, precise instructions that made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—highly recommended for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Our stay was extremely pleasant for the short time we were in the city. The proximity to both the airport and center city was more than ideal with tram stops right outside. Nights were rough with city noise and the beds were on the harder side. Communication was super easy and response time was great. Lots of recommendations during check in to make us feel comfortable in new surroundings. There is no elevator in the building and there are 4 sets of stairs spanning 2 floors to reach the apartment. Overall, no regrets on the stay and will definitely return to the city!

To all positive guest reviews, I want to add: I stayed here in the autumn period for over a month and found it a comfortable and safe place for a long stay. Clean apartment with good quality appliances that worked well. Perfect Wi-Fi connection. Elzbieta as a great host supported me during the whole period and helped even in the case of my problem at the end of my stay. I do recommend this apartment! We had a fantastic stay at Patryk ’s place! It was perfect for our family—very clean, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. We also loved how close it was to several parks, which was ideal for our little one to play and for relaxing strolls. Patryk was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially families. enjoyed our stay at this AirBnB. in unit washer was big for us and wifi was strong. comes with a small sitting area and smart tv. located walking distance to the old town. lots of fun vegan food options nearby!
