The house was very nice and it felt like we were living right at home. The area was very nice, with very little noise, leaving us calm and relaxed.

Our stay at Jannett's place was great! The finca is a very cozy place and has an amazing view over the lake. Great to spend time with family and/or friends, very rural and peaceful. It's recommendable though to come with your own transport to stay flexible and for shopping.

Lovely private house with friendly and helpful host. Eduardo answered any queries within minutes and even assisted in booking our car onto the ferry for Ometepe island

The landscape and scenery were just spectacular! The place was so immaculately landscaped with plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing. The caretaker was super helpful in getting us tours, restaurant suggestions and taking care of whatever we needed. The lake was beautiful and perfect temperature to swim in. We heard monkeys, roosters and tons of birds. It was a lovely jungle experience. The last night we had a major thunderstorm that lasted all night and we lost power so that was exciting and added to the full Nicaraguan experience. The road to get to the house is well paved, except the last 1/4 mile or so which was a rough dirt road so make sure you have an suv. I would definitely stay here again and for longer next time. There are restaurants a half mile away that are quite nice with equally great views.

La ubicación es perfecta cerca de un area comercial donde hay supermercado lo cual lo hizo accesible para nosotros y cercana a nuestros familiares. La casa es espaciosa, acogedora, se siente mucha paz, muy funcional para las necesidades de mi familia. Leonel nos atendió muy bien nuestras necesidades y sin percance alguno. Muchas gracias y esperamos que en un futuro podamos regresar.

La verdad, superó mis expectativas, Carlos una belleza de persona, la naturaleza que se vive es incomparable, la piscina mucho mejor que el anuncio, muy limpia y Carlos siempre pendiente que lo estuviera , el restaurante Los Robles, muy cerca de allí, una delicia, tuve reclamos de las niñas porque tuvimos que irnos, gracias y volveremos este año

100% recomendado, ideal para ambiente familiar, es un punto medio entre el Nindiri y el Raizón, aunque no cuenta con aire acondicionado el clima suele ser agradable porque la vivienda cuenta con. suficiente ventilación, la entrega de la llave es muy novedosa, no tiene ausencia de servicio de agua, cuenta con internet. el anfitrión responde muy pronto. suficiente estacionamiento hasta para un microbús. organizandose se puede optimizar el uso de los dos baños disponibles. tiene su propia cocina con utelicilios, lavadora, refrigeradora, ollas, cafetera, en fin, si están de viaje y necesitan tomar un descanso en su itinerario o tenerlo como punto de partida para diversos puntos turísticos, este AirBnb es ideal. El precio es justo! felicidades Anfitriones!

Great Place within walking distance of the airport. Very clean and easy to find. There was an ice cold beer waiting for me, which was delicious after a 3.5 hour drive. Claudio was very helpful and responsive. Julie his assistant met me at the apartment with the keys. I will be staying here again in the future as I will be traveling in and out of Nicaragua frequently in the coming years. Thanks for the beer!!

We had the pleasure of staying at La Giralda. The view was amazing and everything is just as described. It’s a great place to take a step back, relax and enjoy nature. The monkeys and the birds greeted us every morning. We also saw a bat, a couple of cool squirrels and cicadas. Luis really went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and was super attentive to my family and I. Always willing to help and extremely friendly. There’s no doubt we will be staying at La Giralda again.

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

We were so happy with our stay here. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The groundskeeper did such an amazing job keeping the area beautiful and an extremely clean pool which we enjoyed daily. The host and cleaning staff were friendly, responsive and helpful the entire time, even through the holidays. We will definitely be back to this location, this is our #1 pick in the city. Close to everything you need and a wonderful place to enjoy. Thank you Kodu staff and security!!!
