Excelente ubicación para conocer la ciudad. Juan nos atendió muy bien y siempre amable. El desayuno sabroso e incluido. El cuarto tiene lo necesario, muy limpio. La próxima espero quedarme más días. Hay que cambiar la puerta 🚪 corrediza del baño y la salida del agua de la ducha también es necesario cambiarla.

Great location with amazingly welcoming hosts and staff. Very quiet and close to everything the town has to offer. Great breakfast as well. Small and cozy place with all the amenities you will need. A/C and beverages offered as well.

Very happy we got to have this experience. I’ve really wanted to stay in a colonial house and this has been a great choice. Juan was very attentive and made sure we had a great stay in our short Granada pass by on our honeymoon. Really nice breakfast 🥞 pancakes were delicious and Juan made de sure to have fresh juice the next morning for me as he took note I can’t take in artificial sugars. He made l really good recommendations about the places to visit insist and places to eat at. As it’s located very conveniently, maybe bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper like me and don’t be shy to ask for the water heater to be turned on in case you like your water hot. As it can get too hot they have the best interest off the guests in mind and turn it off in order to avoid burns. Senora Elena, Juan’s mother, lives there and she’s lovely. Thank you for the hospitality.

This was my favorite place I stayed in Granada. Such a quaint and beautiful spot. I stayed in the pool all night on one of the evenings I was there. The staff was so helpful and friendly and helped me figure out my transportation for my next stop in Nicaragua. I would definitely return on a trip back in Granada. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the main center and I walked it everyday and felt safe. (I was a solo female traveler).Took $1 taxis after 9pm. Breakfast was also good!

One of the best AirBnBs we stayed at on our whole 7 month trip. the room was beautiful & clean, Gaby was so so nice and helped us a lot with information how to get to Granada and what to do. For a fair price it is possible to wash your clothes. The included breakfast was a very surprising addition and delicious!

A lovely, shaded oasis amidst the summer heat and energy of the city! Our hosts were wonderful and helpful for the duration of our stay, and the pets added to the familiar, laid-back atmosphere.

Much more beautiful than expected.. wonderful athmosphere in an incredible house with lovely people working there, beautiful rooms and bathrooms with flowers! We will definitely come back to this perfect place! Thank you very much!!

Beautiful place to stay and relax for a few days. The lake is stunning and you can take kayaks out at no extra cost. We enjoyed having breakfast with other guests and playing with the very friendly dogs that are around! Donaldo was very helpful and was always there to help with any questions. Only thing to watch out for with staying on the lake is that restaurants can close quite early in the evening (especially on Sunday), so make sure you don't accidently end up without dinner!

This place was amazing! The staff was on point, the food was some of the best I had my entire trip in Nicaragua, the drinks were tasty, and the room was super cute. We were greeted with monkeys, beautiful views of the Laguna, and an incredible ambiance. Casa Marimba was decorated so thoughtfully and it looks like a storybook every single day that we woke up. I never wanted to leave and the photos do not do this place justice. I would come back here time and time again, and look forward to visiting again sometime in the future. Well done! Highly recommend. The staff were also noteworthy, friendly, and very accommodating. 5 Stars!

perfect stay right by the airport before our flight! Rebecca is a great host!

Tuve que hospedarme de emergencia en la casa de Rebeca, y fue una gran salvación,la casa es super linda y ella es muy amable. Sus dos mascotas Bruno y Margot son muy lindos ;D, no me interrumpieron en nada y todo estuvo muy bien, incluso me ofreció un jugo al llegar, todo muy personalizado. La única observación es que el WiFi a uno de los cuartos cuesta que llegue, pero fuera de ahí todo excelente.😄

We stayed in a beautiful room. The people were so accommodating to help us check in and make sure we were comfortable and on top of that the food was some of the best we had in Nicaragua! Everything is pretty much homemade from the burger buns to the breakfast. Best yogurt my wife and I ever had! Your stay comes with kayaking and other lovely amenities on lake apoyo which is obviously the highlight of your stay. Basically a little jungle paradise with lots of space to read, relax and decompress. Before our check out we even had an amazing massage by Carmen and Lydia who were so kind and loving. They truly made the experience magical. Plus they have AC! Honestly this will probably be our little hide out when we come back 🤭it’s a great place to call home while you’re away from home.

Martina est une hote exceptionnelle. à l'écoute de ses clients. réceptive aux communications. Ont avait des difficultés pr les taxis elle ns a dirigée tout de suite vers les autobus . elle connaît sont grenada. les taxes, les tuctucs, les autobus. elle ns accueille chez elle les bras grands ouvert. ns apporte à sa ptite epicerie près de chez elle. elle est à l'écoute de nos besoins, comme jamais je n'avais vécu. mon expérience chez elle est encore mieux que je n'aurais imaginée. a mes yeux, elle n'est plus une hote, mais une amie. sa campagne avec son cheval, son cochon, ses poules, coqs , canards et ses chiens, ont ft de ma visite une expérience magique

Super séjour chez Martine si nous n avions pas déjà réservé dans un autre hôtel sur Granada nous serions volontiers rester chez elle. Très accueillante, maison agréable on se sent chez soi. Et bon petit déjeuner avec du pain fait maison. Merci encore pour sa gentilesse. Je recommande.

This place is amazing!! It is much nicer than on the pictures, really a calm oasis in the middle of the city & the option to socialize / join activities at hostel azul if you wish to. We came back twice :) thanks a lot, will definitely recommend this place!
