Очень душевные радушные люди, чувствовали себя как дома. Чудный деревянный дом- в гости приходят гуси, индюшки, петухи. Вкусная свежая деревенская. Еда. Рядом водопад, где можно купаться. Красота! Это конечно не роскошный отель, а скромная деревянная дача, но нам очень понравилось!!!!

Все понравилось , рядом вход в Мартвильский каньен . Хозяин вечером помог сьездить за продуктами ( рядом все уже закрылось к вечеру ). Приятный звук водопада. маленький минус , который к дому не относиться , дорога рядом с домом немножко дикая , надеюсь правительство сделает дорогу новую к Каньену Мартвилли от дома

Чистая квартира, соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Неплохое расположение, недалеко от главного парка Цхалтубо, лечебных ванн. Недалеко тропы для hiking. Квартира находится в многоквартирном доме с очень добрыми и дружными жильцами. Zamo был всегда очень отзывчивый и внимательный к нам. Очень удобный check-in и check-out. Большое спасибо Zamo, что не побоялся пустить нас с нашими собаками :)

We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

Zhana’s place had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The common room was especially memorable, filled with unique artifacts that brought back childhood memories. Definitely recommend for a short stay!

Мы отлично провели время в домике. Здесь тихо и спокойно, в домике приятно находиться. В саду растут яблоки, персики, есть гамаки. На территории есть вкусное кафе Отличное место, чтобы отдохнуть, тем более что это в двух шагах от каньонов и пещер. Спасибо!

If you're searching for a base in Tskaltubo, look no further than Victoria's Charming flat! It's a beautiful spacious apartment, very clean, & with so many wonderful artifacts to delight. Victoria's communication is excellent, she offers great suggestions of where to go, & what to see. Furthermore, she donates a generous percentage of the airbnb income to local animal charities. The flat is very close to the park, spas, a 20 minute walk to the market. There are shops just across the road too if you prefer to cook than eat out all the time. We highly recommend.

Svetlana and Timur are the most welcoming hosts! Their property is beautiful and it feels like you’re visiting your relatives in a country side. The cottages are very charming and cozy. They have all the necessities, little kitchenette with a fridge and a kettle, hot water, several warm blankets kept us warm. We had a delicious homemade breakfast with the hosts and just had a wonderful time overall. Just keep in mind that this is a countryside and there are chickens and other nature sounds, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Thank you so much, Svetlana and Timur!
