I stayed at Driss' house with my family and it was really perfect. The appartment is located inside a complex that has security guard in the entrance. Very clean, green and has two swimming pools! Driss is an extremely nice person who was very responsive and helpful for us. His place is spotless clean, comfortable equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments. He provided clean sheets and pillows. The Appartment has an outstanding View on the garden and pool. There is also a smart TV for a cozy moment with family. I highly recommend Driss ' place for a stay in Martil or the neighbouring towns.

I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. I really loved this apartment: we were facing the sea, almost our feet in the sand! The view is exceptional, a real change of scenery, even in the off-season. Ideal for rejuvenating and emptying your mind. I slept every night with the soothing sound of the waves… a real joy. No complaints!

The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. My parents were very happy and felt right at home. This is my 3rd time in Cabo Negro, I know where to go if I ever come back. Definitely at Reda's, at Mirador Golf. Beautiful apartment, very clean, a well equipped kitchen, nice decor in the living room, and a magnificent view of the Tetouan mountains. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Cabo beach is a 5min drive (about 40min walk). Otherwise, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool, which closes early enough on the other hand, at 6:30 p.m. (but the owner had nothing to do with it). In case, I would recommend!

Omar was great from the start and anattentive host that made checking in seamless. The apartment was fantastic and comfortable with all possible amenities available. Hakim helped us check in and was superb as well. The host Omar gave us a call and explained everything and offered to tell us all the local family spots for food and swimming. The complex itself was superb with 24hr security, underground parking and a choice of great swimming pools as well as cafes and restaurants for great breakfast and meals. I will definitely return if we are lucky enough to find Omars place available. Five stars a minimum.
