We absolutely loved the stay at Jean-Marc Riad. The place was very cosy and matched the description perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout, with great support in arranging some private needs. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Medina, giving you a true taste of Marrakech. While the city is bustling, the riad offers a peaceful escape that still keeps you immersed in the local energy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic and comfortable experience in Marrakech! ❤️

Excellent séjour durant lequel j’ai trouver le repos et le calme que je suis venue chercher La villa est très belle et confortable, la piscine chauffée, bien exposé et bien entretenue, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. La cuisine équipée et tout les équipements mis à disposition sont très bien, nous n’avons manquer de rien. Malheureusement la baignoire/jacuzzi n’étais pas fonctionnel ( température de l’eau ne chauffe plus au bout d’un moment et fuite dans le plafond du salon) , 2 douches sur 3 avaient un problème (sur l’une l’eau s’écoulait uniquement par le haut et non par le pommeau de douche , et l autre l’eau s’échappait par le bac de douche) problèmes signalé à l’arrivé et non résolu pendant le séjour. A 5/10 min de pied en passant par un petit chemin vous avez des petit snack(que je n’ai pas tester) un magasin BIM et de nombreuses supérettes très bien pour les courses. l’environnement est très apaisant grâce au paysage naturel, à 20 min en voiture il y

We had a magical stay at this peaceful villa near Marrakech. The setting was quiet and serene, with visits from a friendly cat, tortoises, and even peacocks. The villa was spotless and beautifully kept. Huge thanks to Fatima and Rachid—every meal they prepared was incredible, especially the lamb tagine we made during a cooking class with Fatima. They also took us to a local market, where we experienced authentic Moroccan life and enjoyed delicious BBQ lamb and beef. Rabia was amazing—super responsive and helpful throughout. This villa is perfect for relaxing away from the city and immersing yourself in real Moroccan culture. The only minor point was the kids’ sleeping setup, but they were happy and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to return! Thank you Fatima, Rachid and Rabia ⭐️

Nous avons passé un séjour de 6 nuits et 7 jours, avec 3 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 12 ans. La villa d'Aurana est magnifique. Décorée avec gouts et en toute ressemblance avec les photos et la descritpion. Quartier paisible et sécurisé. Piscine et exterieurs incroybales et des jeux fournis. La présence de Bouchra pour la cuisine et le menage est un vrai plus. C'est une perle. Je recommande vivement la villa.

We had an incredible stay at Dar Louma, which we booked for a special occasion. It was so beautiful (just like the photos), spotlessly clean and very relaxing, especially after our action-packed day trips to the desert and hot air balloons! One of the highlights was the food which we were so lucky to have prepared for us by Khamissa who welcomed us warmly and made us feel very at home :) The freshly cooked breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it each morning. We opted to have dinners on a couple of the nights which again, were fantastic, and a lunch one afternoon, which Khamissa suggested a traditional Moroccan barbeque - which was a crowd favourite! A big thank you to Khamissa for her kindness and hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at Dar Louma and we were sad to leave Marrakech!

Serene place sourrounded by vast nothingness and the endless views of the ocean. Stylishly designed and furnished. Moroccan with European twist. Literally every single room has a view all the way from the bed…and sometimes even both bathroom and the toilet ;) Plenty of space to gather. Pool area with deckchairs, gazebo with table percect for dining under the stars, spacious dining table at the kitchen and massive living room with wood burning fire-place. Perfect both for couples like us, looking for bit more space and some peace and quiet and larger groups. As anything can be organised. Drivers, kite and surfing lessons, yoga, cooking on site. Heated pool was a bonus we did not expect. So were the shutters and darkening shades in most of the bedrooms - great sleep at night. Overall : simply amazing! The only downside is that everywhere is a quite a drive so own car is certainly recommended but this is the price to be paid for silence and privacy. Will come back for sure!

La maison d'Anass est très belle, spacieuse et bien décorée avec tout le confort nécessaire (climatisation, machine à laver, ustensiles du quotidien,...) et des "plus" fort sympathiques (billard, tennis de table, piscine, barbecue). Nous y avons passé des moments très agréables. Anass est très réactif et bienveillant. Naïma (la cuisinière) a évidemment participé à la qualité de notre séjour. La maison est située à une vingtaine de minutes du centre dans un quartier en devenir (des restaurants et un Carrefour Market à 5 minutes en voiture).

Maison magnifique avec de très grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs Une très grande piscine dans un jardin verdoyant, arboré et avec peu de voisinage Les hôtes sont très à l’écoute et prêts à aider pour toute demande Mention particulière à Miloud, notre gardien qui a été vraiment super avec nous Et merci à Kaoutar pour avoir bien coordonné l’ensemble de l’organisation en amont Seul ( petit ) bémol : il est préférable d’avoir une voiture de location pour plus de facilité de déplacement compte tenu de l’emplacement de la maison

We had a wonderful stay at the stunning Villa Shems. The service that Naceur provided was top notch. No question was too small. He also helped arrange a driver and meals (which were delicious). Zineb was so kind. The “extras” made the stay even more enjoyable. It was such a relaxing place to unwind. The beautiful pool was an added bonus. I highly recommend Villa Shems and intend to return on another trip.

Afifa and Jean Claude's place was just what we needed after a long drive from the Sahara, and a nice respite from the busy nature of Marrakech. The architecture and lush landscaping truly can be captured with the word, "oasis." Their staff, Hamza and his wife, Fatima, tended to what we needed while giving us our space and privacy. The meals were nicely prepared, and taxis were scheduled as needed. The included airport transit is a very nice touch. Don't be alarmed when going to their place for the first time, as you will access via a dirt road (there is development around their home), because once you enter the gate, you're in a whole new world of relaxation. The pool was lovely, and we saw chickens, a turtle, and even peacocks on the property as we enjoyed the lounge chairs outside. We very much enjoyed our stay as we were treated to the lap of luxury for a few days.

I booked this Villa to celebrate my fiancee’s birthday with 10 of our friends. From the onset Kemel was very responsive to my messages with all the reservations I had. Houda also reached out to me with options to arrange for a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The Villa is really beautiful, rooms are big, clean and tidy. Loads of games to entertain guests. The caretaker Lahcen is the most down to earth man you’d ever meet who would go above and beyond to assist with your request. Meriem the in house Chef is the loveliest person I’ve ever met. The Vill felt like home away from home but what made it even more special are the people. I want to thank Houda for making our stay an extremely pleasant one, Meriem for all the incredible dishes and Lahcen for all the random errands with his motor bike. My fiancee said this was the best Birthday she’s ever had.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours en famille dans cette magnifique villa ! Tout était parfait : propre, bien équipée, spacieuse et fidèle aux photos. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons vraiment bien profité de chaque moment. Jennifer a été très accueillante, disponible et vraiment gentille du début à la fin. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Le logement était super beau on étais bien accueilli, et super bien servi toujours à notre disposition, la demi -pension excellente je le conseille au 100%. Merci encore et j'espère à bientôt !

Hasna & Fatima made us feel right at home and Hasna made us wonderful meals. The house is incredible and as we were there in December, it was too cold for the pool. You definitely need a rental car as you are quite remote, about 30 min from Marrakesh, but this is a similar distance to town from the major resorts. Some options nearby for lunch, but recommend to have Hasna cook for you in the evening.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Yasmine à Marrakech. La maison est magnifique, propre, bien équipée et la piscine privée était un vrai plus pour se détendre en toute intimité. Mariam a été exceptionnelle, toujours à l’écoute et très réactive à nos demandes. La présence des agents de sécurité à l’entrée de la résidence renforce le sentiment de tranquillité et de sécurité. Un séjour très agréable que je recommande sans hésiter !

We stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time. The house and garden with the swimming pool was even better than in the photos and really added to the experience. Everything was well taken care of, and we immediately felt at home. The hosts were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also recommended a taxi service that we used during the week – a really convenient extra that made getting around easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakesh!

Our stay has been amazing! Loved the place, even better than the pictures. Everything we needed was present, the lady that cooked was super nice and make us some really nice food! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa, un lieu calme et apaisant, idéal pour se détendre. La piscine est splendide, les chambres très confortables, et tout était parfaitement propre et bien équipé. Un grand merci à Rachid pour son accueil chaleureux et son service irréprochable. Salma, la propriétaire, a également été très disponible et à l’écoute tout au long du séjour. Et un immense merci à la cuisinière pour les délicieux petits déjeuners et repas qu’elle nous a préparés avec soin ! Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter

Fantastic. First time to Marocco, family of 4 with 2 children 8 and 5. We all have had a great time the property was amazing. Highly recommended. Saloua ensured we had everything we needed and helped with local recommendations. Our cook, Khadija, was brilliant and looked after our family well. We will be returning!

Nous avons très bien accueilli dans le logement dans le cadre d’une résidence privée et sécurisée par du personnel. Le logement a été très agréable, de bonne qualité., avec du personnel aux petits soins. Le seul bémol serait la communication assez compliquée avec l’employé de maison qui ne parle que arabe. Mais elle est fait des efforts pour essayer de comprendre au mieux.
