We had a great stay and the villa was lovely and spacious. We had a great time and really appreciate all her support and flexibility. Would definitely recommend to stay here! You would require a car to get around but that is also easy to organise. No toiletries however everything else is provided.

Beautiful Riad, close to the main attractions. Hot tub and bbq facilities on the rooftop, with a view of sunset. Each room is beautifully decorated and has its own bathroom. Breakfast provided each day. Would totally recommend Sylvie’s riad for a family or friends trip.

Such a pretty house!!! Amazing place15 minutes away from Essaouira. Commodities super close. Host is amazing, with daily cleaning and breakfast. The pool is protected from the wind. The view from the house is beautiful and there is no neighbors too close. It’s beautifully decorated and very practical!

The villa is very clean, large and in a good location. The garden with the volleyball court, pool, and outdoor area are amazing assets. Marie is very responsive and does not hesitate to come to the villa if we have any questions.

I would like to thank Yassmina for the welcome she gave us, as well as the organization of our stay, including the recommendations of the restaurants, the provision of staff. I recommend it with my eyes closed, for a stay worthy of a five-star.

The attention paid to his birthday touched us deeply: a meal specially prepared for him, extra cakes. What generosity! The lady who takes care of the kitchen is a real treasure: her dishes are delicious. Communication with the host Syrine is fluid, warm and caring. This accommodation exceeds all our expectations, and yet we have made several — it is simply the best. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa. Upon our arrival, we were seduced by the perfect size of the house and its architecture: spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. Breathtaking view of the golf course and the simply magical Atlas. Calm reigns supreme, only the birdsong. The children loved the playground: swing and small games of skill kept them busy for hours, while we enjoyed the tranquility and the spacious pool. Sports equipment. The villa is ideal for families looking for a peaceful haven combining comfort, space and entertainment for the little ones. Beautiful bay windows provide a wide view of the lush gardens. Amazing location! Right at home. Very spacious for our family of 7. Souad prepared an amazing breakfast each morning for us. The location of the riad was within walking distance to everything.

This was our 3rd stay here and it was better than ever! Truly exceptional. It’s like a little paradise and we really did have the best stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and made our stay even better - being on hand with any questions or queries and even helped booking in my massages at the property. We were really sad to leave but I know we will be back again for the 4th time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

This place, so special, no words. It’s one of those magical places where you instantly feel at home. The architecture js madly beautiful and the garden a dream. Samira, Habibe and Rachid took the best care of us, always welcoming us with a smile. Our kids miss them already. We had such a great time and will try to come back next year. Big recommendation!

Excellent stay during which I found the rest and calm I came to look for The villa is very beautiful and comfortable, the heated pool, well exposed and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the bedding comfortable. The equipped kitchen and all the amenities provided are very good, we did not lack anything. Unfortunately the bathtub/hot tub was not functional (water temperature no longer heats up after a while and leak in the living room ceiling) , 2 out of 3 showers had a problem (on one the water drained only from the top and not through the showerhead , and the other water escaped through the shower tray) problems reported on arrival and not resolved during the stay. A 5/10 min walk through a small path you have small snacks(which I did not test) a BIM store and many convenience stores very well for shopping. the environment is very soothing thanks to the natural landscape, 20 min by car there

We had a great 4-day family stay in this beautiful villa! Everything was perfect: clean, well-equipped, spacious and faithful to the photos. We felt at home and really enjoyed every moment. Villa Anir was a wonderful retreat for our 2-family holiday; well spaced for 8. We took advantage of the offer of breakfast being prepared and cleaned for us each morning, which was fantastic (and about 12EUR per day). The house is clean, very well appointed and laid out, the furnishings are nice and the pool area is excellent. Communication with the host, Fatiha, was very clear and easy. We would love to stay here again someday. Just an a regional FYI, we did not have a car rented, thinking that it would be easy to take a taxi into the town of Essaouira, however it was a bit of a pain, and cost 20EU each direction. We found a rental car company in Essaouira that rented us a big car for 35EU/day. It was very easy and safe to drive around this region. There is a very decent supermarket (Aswak Assalam) about 8 minutes away on the way into town, and a CarreFour (which has a lot more international foods) in Essaouira itself.
