Holiday rentals with a pool in Marrakesh

A beautiful and modern Riad which made our family feel at home! Gorgeous rooms, bathrooms, nice rooftop lounge area with a small plunge pool but enough to soak in hot weather. Location is literally 3 mins walk to Jema El Fena!! A/C was amazing. Great brekkie by our lovely housekeeper who doesn’t speak English so be sure to use Abdel ( house manager) via text to ask for anything. Best breakfast we ate and she made chakshouka as a special request. TY Rachida! Definitely arrange here for her reasonable taxi which takes you to alley where a porter grabs your luggage and walks you rest of way where cabs don’t go. If I had any minor complaints it was no working dryer but we dried things on roof and could use washer! No doubt that will be fixed as the owner has a gem of a place!! Will 100% recommend this to anyone visiting the Medina! Ty Hannah and Abdel for a great place!!

This was a stunning riad. We stayed as a group of 4 girls and had pleanry of space. We were shown around by latifa the hosuekewper who also provided us with breakfast each morn. She was brilliant, chamged some of the menu at oir request and cooked a beautiful dinner for us one night. We did ask for a forth sunbed which were told it would be provided but on arrival it wasnt there and then told they coukdnt source one. That said we managed fine. Location was described as very close to the square, but once confirmed its actually a good 20 min walk away. Overall a lovely place, we felt safe and looked after and any problems we had were answered quickly even when we were there. Nothing was too much trouble. I would go back

Huge place, cozy and very nice location. We chose to walk for most of the stay, amazing restaurants and locations all walking distance. Air conditioning in every room, the decor and the lighting was spot on. The cleaning lady/cook is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much to Intissar, Toufik, Nezah and Mimi! We had an amazing stay in a beautiful riad in a perfect location for exploring the medina. We couldn’t fault the accommodation and Nezah, Mimi and the breakfasts just added to how great our stay was. Would fully recommend a trip to the Atlas Mountains.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fabuleux dans ce Riad magnifique ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’hôte Estèle a été aux petits soins bien avant notre arrivée, en nous aidant à organiser notre voyage et en répondant avec une grande réactivité à toutes nos demandes particulières. Sur place, Samira nous a régalés avec une cuisine délicieuse, authentique et pleine de saveurs – un vrai bonheur à chaque repas. Et que dire de Hamid, toujours disponible et d’une gentillesse remarquable, qui veille à ce que tout se passe au mieux. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

Un havre de paix au cœur de la médina ! L’emplacement est parfait : central, à deux pas de l’effervescence des souks, mais incroyablement calme dès qu’on franchit la porte du Riad. Le lieu est décoré avec un goût exquis : un mélange subtil d’inspirations marocaines et contemporaines, jamais cliché, toujours juste. L’atmosphère est apaisante, chaleureuse et authentique. Mais ce sont surtout Fatimzahra et Simo qui ont donné toute la magie à notre séjour. Leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur discrétion, leur générosité et la qualité de nos échanges ont rendu notre semaine unique. Chaque matin, un petit déjeuner différent, généreux, savoureux, nous attendait. La cuisine de Fatimzahra est une merveille : authentique, locale, pleine de saveurs et de cœur. Ils ont été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour, toujours disponibles et bienveillants. Grâce à eux, Marrakech a eu une toute autre saveur. Je ne sais même pas par où commencer tellement c’était bien…. Appartement propre , Cest un home sweet home , il a pensé à tout , fer à repasser, sucre , sel, etcccc , Jawad est super super sympa et encore Cest un faible mot … toujours réactif et serviable, le jaccuzzi et la terrasse privè sont un vrai plus sans compter la piscine, sécurité au max , le gardien surgit de nulle part meme a 3h du matin donc autant vous dire que personne ne peut rentrer de l’extérieur ….c’est super securisé… tout les quartiers sont â coté à pied ou en taxi…. Vraiment à faire sans hésiter ….un vrai coup de cœur

Fatima & Momo are really great ! They are very helpful & very responsive! Nothing it’s a problem for them ! Flat is quite! I must say there is very comfortable bed and nice bathroom! Internet works well. For sure I will come back to this place !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement climatisé , le lit est vraiment confortable et la salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Geoffrey a été réactif pour faire réparer le volet dès le lendemain de mon appel. La piscine est propre et fraîche comme il faut. Je recommande.

Très beau logement propre et spacieux. Nous avons été bien accueillies et nous sommes senties en sécurité à cet endroit. Je recommande sans hésiter

Hôte réactif, qui a su réagir du à une baie vitré qui ne se fermer pas correctement De plus, il a gérer un chauffeur privée pour À/R pour l’aéroport à tarif raisonnable Le logement correspond à la description, gros point positif pour la piscine. Rapport qualité prix plus que correct

Great apartment in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood

I had an amazing stay! The property was just as described. Beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the stylish decor to the well-equipped amenities. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.

An oasis away from the busy centre of Marrakech. The views were amazing from the gardens and pool, we loved sitting out there in the evenings. A local lady cooked for us and it was lovely, I’d recommend booking it. It was about 30/40 mins from the centre however, we didn’t have a car and were out in touch with a local taxi driver who was reliable and had a good rate. My young daughter loved the goats at the end of the garden and the tortoises roaming around. The village was peaceful and locals friendly. The local shop doesn’t sell much so I’d recommend stopping at the supermarket in the city before arriving.

Magnifique séjour passé à la villa Koutoubia entre amis. La villa, le jardin, la piscine tout était parfait 👍 La villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Fatima et Abdou, je recommande leur service les yeux fermés. La communication avec Sybille a été très bonne du début à la fin. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir !

Villa magnifique directement sur le golf, donc parfait pour un séjour golfique. La cuisinière et la baby-sitter ont été absolument parfaites, ce qui a grandement rehaussé la qualité du séjour. À noter : - une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer, n’utiliser que des transferts taxi est très vite trop cher et trop contraignant - le lotissement est malheureusement inachevé avec par endroits beaucoup de villas à l’abandon, avec juste les murs en parpaing. Donc ça peut être très laid, alors que certaines zones sont dotées de villas sublimes. - piscine non chauffée donc trop froide meme pour les enfants (nous étions prévenus) Au global un excellent séjour et un service au top!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette grande villa, idéalement située à proximité de Marrakech. La maison et ses installations sont totalement conformes aux photos, voire mieux en réalité. Cependant, que serait ce séjour sans la présence bienveillante de Mina et Ahmed ? Mina est une cuisinière exceptionnelle, toujours prête à se surpasser pour satisfaire vos envies. Quant à Ahmed, il est un véritable maître de cérémonie : attentionné, généreux, et toujours à l’écoute. Ces 2 là sont de véritables ambassadeurs du Maroc ❤️ Si vous cherchez un lieu au Maroc où vous faire dorloter, ne cherchez plus : c’est l’endroit rêvé !

Absolute recommend this house. Clean and a lot of space. Relaxing area with a small pool that catches the late sun before dinner time. Amazing cook (that could be booked) - very flexible and nice Also a plus that Filip are very helpful and answers super quick. House approx 25mins from Medina, gated community so a safe place. Very relaxing to end up in the house by the pool and a cooked maroccan dinner after a busy day in central Marrakesh
