The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

Se vi fermerete qualche giorno da noi, potrete visitare posti meravigliosi (il parco dei Cento Laghi, le Cinque Terre, i castelli del Ducato, il labirinto della Masone...), scoprire il sogno ecologico e sostenibile della nostra azienda agricola, godervi il giardino in compagnia dei nostri animali, fare un bagno al fiume... e magari regalarvi un trattamento di riflessologia plantare!

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

La dimora del Codirosso: timeless soul in Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

Casa del 1700 in sasso appena ristrutturata. Vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti e sull'intera valle. A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati ect..). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito in loco. Il vostro alloggio si trova nella stessa struttura della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio e il giardino sono invece condivisi ;)

La casa è dell inizio del '700 e si trova nel parco delle Alpi apuane , è adatta da 2 /3 persone immersa nel verde della natura, ha un' ottima posizione soleggiata dove dalla terrazza privata si può vedere il paese di Pruno con I suoi borghi antichi e le montagne del parco delle Alpi Apuane E un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi , conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .
