Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

We preferred this area for our visit to Gallipoli with my 7-year-old son, both close and away from the crowds. We had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights in a quiet environment, the house is suitable for staying comfortably in summer and winter. I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable for the summer. Perfect location to visit Istanbul’s main attractions. The are is full of nice bars and restaurants. The flat was spacious and clean. The host was welcoming, friendly, responsive and flexible. Highly recommended.

A nice house with several perfectly equipped guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful sea views from the terrace and the balcony. Entrance and kitchen are shared with the owner but are fully available to guest nevertheless. The house has absolutely everything one needs during the stay, and the host provides very helpful advice on places to visit. We've enjoyed their hospitality so much! Also, within 1-hour drive you reach the peaceful beaches of the Aegean as well as the main sites on the Dardanelles. Walks in the hills and fields make it a great place to explore the nature of Thrace and pay a visit to Troy.

The house was definitely very clean, we went for our friend's bachelor party, everything was clean, we had a great time, our belongings were moved to the house, we had no problems with communication, thank you very much.

Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a team of children. Everything we might need at home was thought of. It was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very enjoyable. Mr. Birol, who took care of the house, was very kind and caring. We would like to thank him and his team. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

Our stay at the Villa was great ! The lake view was spectacular. We truly enjoyed the private patio on the lake , it was a special experience that set this Villa apart from others we have stayed at before . The Villa was extremely clean and had all necessities.Every room had a Bathroom and AC which was really convenient for us. The pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it during the day and at night . Barbecue and firepit were well equipped. Host was very friendly and replied to all my questions. Overall we had a great family experience and would definitely repeat our visit . highly recommend.

On our vacation with a group of 11 people, we were really pleased with the magnificent hospitality of Mr. Ali İhsan and Ms. Neşe and the amenities of the house. Every detail has been carefully thought out, a spotless villa. It is very close to the places where you can shop daily. It will be the first place I will call when I plan a holiday in Sapanca.

It is easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty land either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not empty enough to feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside.
