Holiday rentals with a patio in Marl

It was straightforward and exactly what we needed for a night out. The apartment is very clean and for short stays it offers everything you need. There are two sleeping places, the large bed and a sleeping couch. If you want to use it, it is helpful to let Rina know so she can get it. Also very cozy!

Beautiful little retreat, the whole yard is really beautiful! There is everything you need in the room and it corresponds exactly to the pictures! Anne is very easy to reach if questions arise!

We were super satisfied! We didn't miss anything. The apartment is great to find and especially the private car parking space is mega convenient! We arrived a little later than agreed, but were able to discuss this well with Jenny. Since we had been there before, we felt right at home. Everything was well prepared, Jenny had even put out fruit for us. Jenny was always available. The departure followed clear rules. For us, Jenny's place is the best place so far.

I stayed at Daniela’s place for a bit as I searched for long-term housing and it was a home away from home! Quiet, and had everything needed to live comfortably. It is also close to grocery stores and the tram stop, so easy to get around without a car. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. We had a wonderful 4-day stay in this apartment! The location is absolutely top-notch – located a bit outside the city, so it's quiet, but also a perfect starting point for activities. The apartment was blitz clean and well equipped. The connection to public transport is also ideal, so you can quickly get anywhere. My partner and I enjoyed the stay in the apartment very much. The apartment is very nicely decorated and was very very clean! Small touches like drinks in the fridge made you feel comfortable right away. The location of the apartment is also very nice and quiet. Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.
