We had a very enjoyable stay! The accommodation was wonderfully quiet - ideal for switching off and relaxing. The bedrooms in particular were pleasantly cool when we were there in the summer, which ensured a restful sleep. The whole apartment is very spacious and modern, and everything was absolutely clean. We also had no mosquitoes or anything. You can sit outside on the terrace and enjoy nature. We would especially like to highlight the hosts – they were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a very well-maintained and comfortable accommodation – we will be happy to come back!

We had wonderful days. The apartment was really very clean, spacious enough for 2 people. Very atmospheric setting.we could walk in the area and there are enough things to do at a short distance.we will definitely go back .a real recommendation !!!

Perfect in every way. Thomas was an incredibly hospitable, kind, and helpful host and made us feel so welcome from the very first moment. The place itself was perfectly clean, extremely comfortable, and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well supplied, the WiFi fast, comfortable bed, very nice TV, great bathroom and washing machine for clothes, and it was overall just a completely ideal space for our extended stay. The location is also perfect and only about a 15 minute walk from multiple grocery stores like Aldi and Rewe. Public transport from this location was also incredible and it was easy to cheaply get to cities like Cologne/Düsseldorf for nice day trips. If we are ever visiting North Rhine-Westphalia again in the future we will certainly be wanting to stay here again. Out of over 40+ Airbnbs we have stayed in, this is one of our top 3 favorites, easy. 5/5 in every category.

We had a wonderful stay at Karola's. Very clean and beautiful accommodation in a great location. The apartment has everything you need. We have done many beautiful hikes. Our dog was also welcome. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I had such a lovely stay! The house is across the road from the forest which was incredible. I could hear the birds chirping when I opened the window. A perfect loft apartment with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Michaela was very helpful and helped me work the washing machine and Martin carried my heavy bag upstairs for me. Such wonderful hosts!

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. The size of the house was great. Each had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, the hot tub and the outdoor sauna were great. A baby bed and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and directly behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The town of Cobbenrode is not large. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby, there are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For a long weekend with friends, to relax or to hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we were able to enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quick to respond to questions and was able to help remotely. Thank you very much.

Despite the somewhat mixed weather, we had a great family weekend in Werdohl. The house offers plenty of activities inside, both for the little ones and the big ones (especially popular were the pool table and the sauna under the roof ....). The accommodation is very clean and thanks to the various beautiful bathrooms, the stay is also very relaxing in this regard.

We had a great stay, we liked the entire equipment very much, a lot of attention to detail, really all around cozy, so that you feel right at home. The loft was easy to find and communication with Pasquale was flawless, questions were answered super fast. We will certainly come back.

This was an amazing place to stay. You feel at home with the first step that you take into this cute house. It is cozy, comfortable, and is stocked with anything you need for the first day you arrive. The Kitchen is equiped with all the necessary things, ready for a chef to cook for family or friends. I really enjoyed my stay at this place! There were four of us – two adults and two children – and we lacked nothing. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the location: A shopping center (Netto) is directly opposite, which makes shopping super easy. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We received quick and helpful answers to all questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the place. The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

Modern apartment in a secluded location on the edge of the forest, very good amenities, corresponds to the description. Walls are somewhat thin. Flexible check-in, smooth communication. Highly recommended!
