Cozy converted barn with fireplace; nature retreat

Newly restored and converted barn, a magical space with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The barn is ideal for 2-3 people, but can accomodate a maximum of 5, with a double, a single and a sofa bed (access to sleeping space requires climbing stairs or a ladder). 20 metres from the barn, there is wood and a fireplace for an evening chat and stargazing by the fire. An outdoor shower with solar heated water is also available. The kitchen is functional and has amazing views!

150 + year old stone home, renovated to provide comfort and convenience while remaining rustic and authentic. Bedrooms added in 1980, updated modern bathroom 2019, fully restored in 2022 which included a modern eco-heating system so the house is cozy and comfortable during the cold snowy winters. As a former farm house, and later local bar, rich in local history and connected to the past through family history. Saved from sale and demolishing by us and restored with love <3 (and wifi :)

Experimentează liniștea intr-o oaza ascunsa printre stejarj, situatia in inima Muntilor Apuseni, la 25 km de Cluj-Napoca. Cu un dormitor, un living, o baie și o bucătărie complet utilată, această oază oferă tot ce ai nevoie pentru o evadare relaxantă. Dispune de aer condiționat pe ambele nivele. Priveliștea dementială poate fi admirată din pat, din balcon, dar mai ales din ciubarul Jacuzzi de ultima generatie. Ideală pentru o familie liniștită cu copii sau doua cupluri.

Situated in the top of the hill,the building was relocated and completely restored in 2017 on the former domains of Count Zichy from the Austro-Hungarian period. The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

Interiorul are design unic cu finisaje elegante de piatră și lemn. Bucataria e dotata cu toate cele necesare, având un spațiu de servit masa. Semineul completează atmosfera de poveste. Încălzirea prin pardoseala a locuinței este cu pompă de căldură electrică. WIFI prin fibră optică.

During winter time we highly recommend using an SUV 4x4 vehicle. This scenic route adds to the sense of adventure and seclusion, making your arrival at the cabin even more rewarding. Balnaca Traditional Nook

Learn what it means to relax at our unique bohemian nook at the entrance in the Apuseni Mountains. 4G Wi-Fi and private parking are also available to ensure a carefree stay. From October 2022 the wood-fired hot tub is available for our guests as an optional feature (please ask about availability and cost when booking)

Casuta de tip tiny house, situata la munte, la doar o ora de Cluj-Napoca. Satul Maguri este situat la aproximativ la 1400 m altitudine, fiind asezarea situata la cea mai mare altitudine din Romania, locuita tot timpul anului. Bucurati-va de linistea satului si aerul curat de munte.
