Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Elegant Condo at Rincon de Almas in Romantic Zone's Heart

Work out in a gym while looking through full-length windows at a city and mountain backdrop. Swim in the rooftop infinity pool as the sun sets. Back in the apartment, there are fine balcony views to be had, with many interesting objets d'art inside. This is a one bedroom two bath condo. The living room sectional turns into a queen bed. Linens are provided as well as towels and basic toiletries. Upon arrival you will be treated by the friendly building staff. They will show you to the condo and provide a walkthrough. They will show you all the amenities the condo has to offer. If you need any assistance throughout your stay the front desk staff are their to assist you. Condo Navila is walking distance to the beach and river, as well as many boutiques. The Romantic Zone also features the highest concentration of restaurants and bars in the city, with a vibrant Mexican buzz that continues on the streets. Walking will be the best form of transportation but you can easily get a cab or an Uber just outside the building. Buses pass about two blocks away (so no bus noise).

This quaint and exquisitely decorated studio is very private and with independent entrance. Small in-door garden with patio and terrace. King size bed with sofa-bed for 1 person. Ideal living with three pools, gym, two great restaurants. One open for breakfast and the other for lunch and an early dinner but remains open until 8:00 pm for drinks. Next to a large supermarket and within walking distance of Walmart and 2 other malls - La Isla and Galerias. Numerous restaurants in the area with bus or taxi service to the Marina, Centro or Romantic Zone. Various attractions are in the area being as a minimum parachute gliding, Pirate Ship cruises and cruise dining.

New and functional accommodation with an unbeatable location in Marina Puerto Vallarta. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are on the ground floor. Walking in the Marina is a great experience. Inside the condominium you will find a gym overlooking the yachts, a sauna and steam room, and a heated infinity pool on the roof top with sun loungers, parasols, and a great 360 view of the ocean, marina, exit channel to the port, large tourist boats, and the mountain range.

Loft Nutria 4, Romantic Zone & Close to Beach

This Queen Size & Luxurious studio Loft Style unit has filtered water throughout the building (safe to drink!) and only five flat blocks to the beach ~ Olas Altas, Los Muertos Beach and the Malecon. Even closer to restaurants, shopping and nightlife, it's a great location in Old Town. Questions are never a problem! We're happy to give visitors a walking tour or directions. The Romantic Zone is an easy to navigate and everything is within walking distance.

Olivo Studio Casa Pancha

Olivo Studio in Casa Pancha has tons of light and character. The room has polished concrete floors and old tiles, custom-made sliding glass doors from floor to ceiling, and exposed concrete beams throughout the space. Access to the rooftop pool terrace (shared with 4 other units) is through a separate entrance. Note that it is at street level and there may be external noise as well as people passing by.
