Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Marina di Vasto

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

We received a warm welcome upon arrival at the beautiful Casa Giulietta. Jeroen and Els introduced us to their lovely rescue dogs and gave a full tour of the property. Included on arrival, as well as tea, coffee etc. was a hamper full of pasta, sauce and fresh bread. The fridge also stocked with various drinks, wine, fresh salami, jam and butter etc, very generous and plenty to get you started! There were toys for our child to play with and a trampoline in the enclosed garden. The mountain views are incredible and so is the peace and quiet! Amenities and some lovely towns within a 10/15 minute drive. Jeroen and Els are so accommodating and we would stay again for future visits. Thank you!

Carlo è molto amichevole. Sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ci ha prestato le bici che ci ha permesso di vedere di piu della citta perché eravamo a piedi. Ci ha anche accompagnati all'aeroporto!

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment - 2 adults, 2 small children and our dog. The apartment is beautiful, clean and full of history and details. It has 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 small balconies and one large terrace, equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, space for work, smart TV - everything you need for a longer stay. Apartment is located in the historic center of Vasto, in the small magic street, nearby to the free parking, the market Santa Chiara, churches, bakery, restaurants, the park and an amazing views to the see. The bars in the area have turned into restaurants, so we had no problem with night noise and we slept very well. Letizia is a fantastic host, she responded quickly, she helped us with everything and she gave us great tips in the area. The only thing to mention is the stairs in the apartment - they are bit steep, but we got used to it and everything was fine. We fell in love with Vasto and also with this apartment. Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!

Appartamento pulitissimo con una bellissima vista. Signora Rita sempre molto gentile e disponibile, tornerò sicuramente!!

Abbiamo affittato l'alloggio di Michela per trascorrere una settimana in tranquillità...e così è stato! Casa molto gradevole, pulita, corrispondente alle foto, con aria condizionata e un giardinetto esterno dove mangiare in serenità. Ideale per una coppia. La casa è situata in un punto strategico: la zona è infatti residenziale, e per questo motivo tranquilla. A soli 5 minuti a piedi puoi raggiungere il lungomare più vicino (attraversando un pratico cavalcavia ben illuminato anche di notte), dove trovare tante attrattive e poter fare una passeggiata. Per quanto riguarda il mare, a pochi minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere la spiaggia libera (o attrezzata, a seconda delle necessità), mentre con pochi minuti di macchina sono raggiungibili molte spiagge caratteristiche (e belle). Host super gentili e disponibili! Ci hanno trattato davvero bene, fornendoci consigli e rendendosi disponibili per ogni evenienza, e per questo li ringraziamo molto.

abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Simonetta la settimana di Ferragosto. L'alloggio è spazioso, arredato con gusto e assai ben fornito di tutto. Il giardino è incantevole ed è molto piacevole cenarvi. A piedi si raggiungono comodamente la spiaggia, vari ristoranti e il supermercato A Simonetta un ringraziamento speciale per l'accoglienza premurosa e attenta, come una persona di famiglia!

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Una casa stupenda immersa nella campagna abruzzese, abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni nella casa di Leone , qui c’è tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per una vacanza in relax, dagli spazi della casa , alla grande piscina privata , e al bellissimo barbecue. La casa e estremamente pulita e ordinata ed è adatta sia a famiglie che ad amici , sia leone che suo papà Ivo , sono persone gentilissime e molto discrete . Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sulla zona . Davvero una fantastica scoperta , difficile tornare a casa…

Wir genossen die Unterkunft mit den 2 Wohnungen sehr. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und meldeten sich sofort bei Fragen. Wir schätzten zudem ihre Diskretion und fühlten uns immer frei. Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, tolle Aussicht und schöner Garten zum Spielen unserer Kids 4&6 Jahre. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank für alles😀

Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.
