Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We occupied both apartments for a week in August. Our first criterion was to find accommodation for 15 people for a family vacation with children and cousins. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor area for large family gatherings. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace. In this, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

Lovely spot - quiet, air conditioning worked really well, nice balconies on three sides, very clean, really well stocked, and generous hosts.

dear Helenia and family, We had a lot of fun with you. The ground floor apartment is spacious and beautiful. We were surprised, because it is much nicer than in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you. I recommend everyone to stay here! More than worth your money. Love from us.

Eleonora made our stay delightful. Rental is perfectly central in the picturesque village. Setup more as a guesthouse with common living areas than an apartment, but we were the only guests so it was no problem. Lovely stay.

A wonderful person, home much better close to you than the photos

Luisa is an impeccable host and the apartment in Pino matches the description and photos. The sea is only 5 minutes away on foot and the possibility of using umbrellas and deckchairs in a very beautiful Lido is highly appreciated. A more than positive experience that we will certainly try again.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The apartment is very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and more. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful few days here and would go back already. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, wifi, free parking- the washing machine and beach service are just the icing on the cake. The view from the terrace to the sea is magnificent, the beach with the waves is unforgettable. The only negative for us was the small number of nearby restaurants, and they all had to make a reservation in advance if we wanted to consume. Overall, it's great value, and we highly recommend it.

Very nice Appartement - highly recommended!

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

You can just tell that Pia is a host with heart and soul - her lovingly furnished Airbnb radiates exactly this warmth. It was sparkling clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could wish for. We felt completely comfortable and welcome – like with good friends. We have already recommended Pia with full conviction and are already looking forward to seeing her again. Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Ewa is a great host! She showed us around and helped us with everything right away! It was a lot of fun in Pineto. The bikes were very helpful (we had a rental car later) because Pineto is the nearest shopping. Thank you!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even made us find a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also honored us with a can of oil he produced. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Excellent experience!!!! Highly recommended !!!!!
