Il nostro piccolo appartamento è pensato per accogliere famiglie e coppie. Si trova a 10' dalla stazione di Marina di Cerveteri, a 5' dalle Poste Italiane e dal Supermercato. in 15' è possibile raggiungere il centro città a piedi, dove potrete trovare bar, ristoranti e pizzerie. Anche le nostre spiagge sono raggiungibili a piedi: c'è una vasta scelta tra spiagge libere e stabilimenti. E' il luogo adatto per chiunque volesse respirare un po di aria pulita, allontanandosi dal caos della città.<3

La villa di 200mq su due livelli è circondata da un ampio parco con piscina di acqua salata condivisa con un'altra unità. Al piano terra ampio salone con camino, cucina full optional con terrazza , una camera matrimoniale con bagno. Al 1° piano quattro camere e tre bagni . La villa è ben collegata con il centro storico di Roma. Con la macchina è facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di "Montebello" ogni 30 min. partono treni per Roma centro. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Apt recently renewed, with a double bed and a sofa bed containing 2 single beds, equipped with all comforts, great comfortably balcony, very close from the railway station, trains to Rome and Tuscany every 30 min. , market, facilities, swimming pool (summer), padel, tennis in the nearby, 1,8km to the beach. Smoke it is not allowed inside the house, pets are not admitted. Many touristic places in the area we will be glad to suggest.
