This was my third vacation to La Habana and I brought a friend with me to experience the culture of Havana. I selected this Maylin’s place based on the reviews and knew it was a very desirable location. I would agree with the reviews that I read regarding Maylin’s place and really enjoyed our 9 day stay. Javier and Ivis are the onsite hosts were very kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns – I couldn’t have asked for better attention. I communicated with google translate with no problem. It is an incredible location and the balcony overlooking Plaza Vieja that can’t be beat. You can see locals going about their daily lifes and the sounds of live Cuban music from the restaurants around the Plaza. Make sure to have your phone “unlocked” before arriving and get a Cuban SIM for connection. I hope to stay here again. Any problems we experienced are normal in Cuba and are not exclusive to this place and should not reflect negatively on our wonderful hosts.

La atención de barbara fue más que extraordinaria, estuvo al pendiente de todos los detalles e incluso una noche que no me quedé me permitió dejar mis cosas en el departamento y eso estuvo más q excelente ya que cuando volví no tenía q abrir maletas de nuevo, me ayudó con el servicio de lavandería aunque ella no lo anuncia busco quien pudiera hacerlo eso es un plus y facilita tu estancia, definitivamente lo recomiendo para todos los que visiten la Habana, estoy invitado a regresar y hospedarme nuevamente con ella. This apartment is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The design is spectacular with brand new high end finishes and furniture. It has triple exposures, 2 balconies and probably one of the best views of Havana. Also the service is like a 5 star hotel, only better. Excellent price/ value and highly recommended.

Marcia is an amazing host, extremely friendly and responsive. The apartment amenities and decoration are top-notch, and you will find that it is better than described in the ad. It is located in the heart of Vedado.

Super Unterkunft mit einer sehr sehr netten Gastgeberin, Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Sie hat uns mehrere Tipps gegeben was wir unternehmen können und wie wir uns in Havanna zurechtfinden können, das war sehr hilfreich. Antwortete immer schnell. Normally i prefer hotels instead of Airbnb accommodations, however due to the purpose of our trip hotel would have been too far out of our reach in terms of locations. After, extensive research on Airbnb and days in between of thinking things through i was able to conclude a decision, a decision that brought me great satisfaction. Everything was precisely as describe on the website. The apartment was in a peaceful neighborhood, the interior was tasteful, with all of the modern amenities, the elevator was a plus very convenient, the wireless internet connection in the apartment remained on without disruption, providing a reliable high performance broad band service. Breakfast was quite the affair, with fresh mango juices, Cuban coffee, fresh toast, waffle pancakes, omelet with bacons all provided by Aileen mom. Alieen was extremely attentive, insightful, and understanding. Alieen mother is such a beautiful soul, she treated me like a daughter, i love her. I will stay there again.

Tengo años en AIRBNB, he visitado cuba varias veces en diferentes regiones de la Isla, este ha sido sin duda el mejor alojamiento que me he quedado, espectacular, no hay palabras para describir el apartamento,, la atencion de Yaima sin palabras, las personas que operan en el edificio, el Driver que me guio en todo, en fin todo super, super, recomiendo 100% este alojamiento, y no tengo dudas que me quedaria nuevamente sin pensarlo, gracias por su gran servicio y excelente atencion

Being familiar with La Habana, this place is really outstanding. Classy, freshly renovated, highly comfortable for local standards. Good vibes too. Sussel's and Teresa's (her assistant) attention and periodical food and cleaning support were an extraordinary plus. Will not hesitate to book again!

I had a great time. First time at this rental. Great location....power didn't go off. Very spacious apartment. Secure entry. Camera on the inside of the front door, before you go upstairs to the apartment. Store right next door for drinks, food etc. Restaurants just a block away. Owner was helpful with any questions I had. Wifi was good! Bathroom is big and nice. Highly recommend this place! Lo pasé genial. Era mi primera vez en este alojamiento. Excelente ubicación... no se fue la luz. Apartamento muy espacioso. Entrada segura. Cámara en la parte interior de la puerta principal, antes de subir al apartamento. Tienda justo al lado para bebidas, comida, etc. Restaurantes a solo una cuadra. El dueño me ayudó con todas mis preguntas. ¡El wifi funcionaba bien! El baño es grande y bonito. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar!

El departamento era tal cual las fotos, muy acogedor, se podía ver el Capitolio desde el balcón.

One of the best stays I’ve had in central Cuba. This property was top tier and had the right Wi-Fi speed for work. The rooms were well cleaned and comfy. Thanks to my Host for making sure my stay was “Home away from home”. I will be back!

Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. From the beginning, communication was constant, answered all questions we had almost instantly. As soon as we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like family. One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!
