Very nice! We had an ant problem the first few days, but overall it was great. We enjoyed the balcony with the view - especially the shade in the evening. Breakfast at the "zummuellerhof" is recommended!

Top spot on the Sella Ronda with a beautiful view. Ideal for a bike trip and a walk. Bicycles could be stored safely. Two supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away. Silke was very helpful. We had two beautiful sunny days and therefore the area was really magical. There is also a good bike rental company around the corner.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cosy, clean, and well-equipped apartment. Communication was perfect, the location was close to the ski lift, the bathroom was warm with a great shower, and the beds were very comfortable. We'll definitely keep it in mind for future travels!

A very warm thank you from us, Sabine and Lorenz are perfect hosts. The view was stunning. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and cozy. The location is very quiet and about 2.5 km above Reischach, the cable car to Kronplatz is quickly accessible and bread service for breakfast reliable and fine. It was a wonderful experience to have been a guest here all around. We'll be back for sure🥰!

We had a wonderful stay at Alex and Stefy's accommodation. It is perfectly located for hiking in different parts of the Dolomites. In addition, the apartment offers everything you need for a short vacation. Communication was always fast, Alex is very warm and proactive. We would come back anytime!

A place that touches the heart ❤️ We were able to spend a few unforgettable days with our 11-month-old son at the Bio Lüch Ruances – and it was simply wonderful. We could feel it as soon as we arrived: this place is full of passion. The apartment was not only beautiful and sparkling clean, but immediately felt like a little home – warm, loving and overlooking the breathtaking Dolomites. The owner is a hostess as one could only wish for: warm, attentive, with an open smile and always a kind word. Every morning, we were greeted with delicious, homemade farm products - a treat we won't forget anytime soon. For us as a young family, it was the perfect retreat. Our little one was able to develop freely, we were able to relax and enjoy the special atmosphere of this place to the fullest. A place full of warmth, nature and real humanity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we will definitely come back

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

super nice apartment in the middle of the mountains. The property is very spacious and clean. Well-equipped kitchen - just a few basic spices and oil would be nice to have, but that's complaining at a high level. There is a small convenience store almost next door. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the mountains. Good starting point for various excursions and hikes. The hosts are warm and helpful. We highly recommend the place.

This was hands down one of the most beautiful and cozy places we stayed at during our entire trip through Italy. From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had a bit of trouble finding the property, but they kindly met us in person and guided us with clear instructions, which immediately set the tone for how warm and attentive they are. Every detail of the stay was thoughtfully curated, from the spotless rooms to the incredible hospitality. Each morning, they prepared a fresh homemade breakfast for us before our hikes, which made the experience even more special. It felt like staying with family in the best way possible. This stay was truly one of a kind, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille for such a memorable and heartwarming experience!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)
