Holiday rentals in Mare Anglaise

Fantastic place in a great location - right by the water and a very short walk into the centre of Beau Vallon. Peter was very helpful and the place was ideal - would happily recommend and stay again.

Great place to stay with family or friends, due to it's large size and closeness to restaurants and bars in Beau Vallon. The beach is a 5min walk down a short path, and Beach Shak and Boathouse are a 10-15min walk down the road. The house is extremely spatious and well kept, and was easy to find thanks to the instructions provided on the day. For elderly people or people not used to the heat, I would maybe recommend a car to get up the road as it can be strenuous with the humidity.

Very nice Apartment with good view. Please note that a car is definitive needed. Host can organize a rental car, but the insurance conditions with this company are not good (up to 1000€ payment in case of damage). Better Book a car online before. Everything else was great and we recommend the Apartment 100%. Thanks you Ralph for the nice stay!

We only stayed one night, but we really liked it. Nadia was a wonderful host — she prepared a delicious dinner and arranged transpor from the airport and to the ferry the next day. The room was clean and had everything we needed, with comfortable beds. Highly recommended. Best of luck with your eye surgery!

The place is perfect very close to the beach. The house is very clean and well decorated and Joanne is so much available! We definitely recommend

Stephany and Nelson are super welcoming hosts and with a heart of gold, caring for us, we spent 2 weeks with family in the apartment very comfortable and very spacious, magnificent sea view, towels and bed linens changed every week! Located on a hill, a car is recommended, do not hesitate to ask Stephany for a rental, everything went great (parking space next to the covered apartment) but I know they will not hesitate to drop off their hosts at the beautiful beach of beautiful valley, where you will find shops and restaurants within 5 min drive. Thank you also for the good Creole dishes! 3 beautiful turtles in beautiful surrounding vegetation. We hope to be back soon! I can only recommend the apartment! We had a fantastic stay! Didier was incredibly helpful from start to finish—he suggested great places to visit around Mahé and even arranged transport for us, which made getting around so easy. He also offered island‑hopping and snorkelling excursions; the prices were a bit above our budget, but it was nice to have the option. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless on arrival, and comfortably air‑conditioned throughout, so we always felt cool after a day in the sun. The pool is the real show‑stopper: crystal‑clear water with absolutely breathtaking views. We loved relaxing there and soaking in the scenery. Overall, a wonderful experience with a friendly host who listened to everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!
