What a beautiful location! It is a unique and characteristic building, where we immediately felt very comfortable. It has a wonderful garden with a private swimming pool, which is a real treat. Our daughter, just 1 year old, could learn to walk in the garden 🙂 The accommodation is in the small village of Roucy, from where you can drive up the champagne route and into the beautiful surroundings. We have enjoyed very much and would love to come back again. Thank you Régine!

Beautiful house in a beautiful, peaceful environment with lovely heated swimming pool. Hosts were very attentive and easy to get hold of. Lots of very useful information about the area, activities and places to eat before and on arrival. We booked Champagne tours and meal at Chateau de Sacy well before arriving. Perfect location for exploring the Champagne region.

We had a great stay thanks to Adèle. The house is perfect for hosting several families with children. Everything is well thought out and the large garden with the volleyball court is a real plus! Thanks again to Alain for his hospitality and flexibility.

We loved our stay with Maryline. She was very welcoming and the house was beautiful! We loved the little decor touches that Maryline brought, it was done with great taste. The hot tub, foosball, and billiards were great too! I will be back with great pleasure because we had a great weekend in this little corner of heaven!

Diana and Julien have created a little piece of paradise. The accommodation is beautiful, the plants make the whole thing very cozy and the steam bath and whirlpool provide a luxurious feeling. They were very responsive to messages. We were very satisfied and would have liked to stay longer.

This place was perfect for our stay in Epernay. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

We spent 3 nights at Eric’s Airbnb and had a wonderful time. The outdoor space is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day and the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well done. Location was great as well and easily walkable to the avenue of champagne

We were blown away by the very high standard of accommodation and decor. It was immaculately clean and was obviously well looked after, both inside and in the wonderful courtyard garden area outside. We loved it. When we arrived Sandrine had left a few tasty morsels along with their house champagne, which we all very much enjoyed. So much so that we ordered a few bottles more their 'Special' Brut. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Chapitres and both Sandrine and Jean Robert were wonderful hosts.

What a wonderful stay that was perfect for the family. Simon and Maude made us feel welcome as we arrived. Lovely garden and patio where we had our evening dinner made in a well equipped kitchen. Will definitely look for this property again in the future!

Beautiful stay in picturesque Champagne! This place is 5 minutes out of the Eppernay city center and situated right on top of a vineyard and beautiful pool. The space inside is very well-done, beautiful, and equipped for a beautiful stay in Champagne. Julie is responsive and kind - will definitely stay again when visiting the area!

We stayed in this beautiful house with 11 adults and 1 baby. There was plenty of room for everyone. The living areas are very spacious. Beautiful home.

The house is very nice and spacious, perfect for a larger group. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom at the second floor. A separate space in the corridor where a child between birth and 3 years can sleep nicely. There’s a large terrace with grill plate, refrigerator and plenty of chairs/tables. Perfect to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner. There’s also a jacuzzi present. Maybe 1 tip would be to add an umbrella to get through the sunny + warm morning/lunch. The surroundings are extremely beautiful, especially the way through the vineyards, to get to the house. Definitely a house and surrounding worth visiting.

Place was wonderful to stay and reach all the necessary places in the Champagne region. Communication was clear. Had no problems.

This was such a beautiful home, completely different to anywhere we've ever stayed before. Our kids adored it, we played hide and seek in all the different rooms. Nice big kitchen and plenty of utensils to cook. Pierre-Noel was very responsive to any questions before and during the trip. No toiletries (soap, shampoo) and limited cleaning supplies and toilet paper were provided, but that wasn't a problem, we planned to grocery shop anyway. We are looking forward to returning!

Raymond is a very accessible and friendly host. The location is great for those who love peace and nature; it will make you completely zen!
