Villa holiday rentals in Mardakan

I spent a weekend at Rahbar's house. I am so glad that I picked his house from among many available on airbnb. The house is simply perfect! Spacious, bright, renovated, clean, and very neat. Everything in the house is very clean, and I literally felt like I was in a 5-star hotel. The pictures of the house doesn't do justice. When you see the house you will be surprised how modern aura it has. It comes with the fresh breakfast - organic eggs, organic home made juice etc. The kitchen was extremely clean. The backyard is very nice and full of seasonal fruits. Literally, there was no single reason to not love this place. And finally Rahbar himself… Unfortunately, we could not meet in person because he was out of town, but I could feel his warm personality during our phone conversations that we had. He is there to make your stay a wonderful experience. I am glad that I found this place. I am going to stay at this place anytime I need to get away from the town and chill out. Strongly recommend it!

Гостеприимные обязательные хозяева дома, чистота уют огромный дом где есть все хозяева откликались на наши просьбы тут же обязательные встретили в аэропорту ждали пока пройдём таможню.Лейла обаятельная милая радушная с большим открытым сердцем.провели в доме неделю в доме есть все что нужно для отдыха.рекомендую иметь машину на прокат чтобы иметь возможность беспрепятственно попадать в нужные вам места или такси оно не дорогое . Рядом с домом рыбные рестораны где готовят превосходную форель и картошку.желаю всем отдохнуть у гостеприимных хозяев мои 100% положительных отзывов.

Bilal is amazing host!!!! Everything is wonderful the flat is big, near the see and very new and cute. And absolutely clean

Остались очень довольны этим домом и расположением его в чистом, далеком от выхлопных газов месте. Начну по порядку: 1) Постельное белье выглажено, полотенца, посуда, ничто не вызывало брезгливости. 2) В доме есть все удобства для отдыха. Кондиционеры в каждой из комнат, как минимум три спальных места. Что немаловажно для отдыха с компанией друзей 3) Есть очень удобный для загара балкон, который при необходимости можно зашторить шторами. 4) стиральная машинка, что с детьми встает чуть ли не на первую очередь. И еще, рядом sea brease и golden fish! Мы остались очень довольны этим домом, его аурой, приветливой женщиной которая смотрит за этим домиком. И будем рады вернуться туда еще раз

Emil is the greatest host anyone could ask for!! He was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe and taken care of. His home is absolutely beautiful, and offered plenty of space for a group of five to relax in private, or spend time together in any of the beautiful shared spaces. We were in Azerbaijan for COP 29 so we had early mornings and late nights. Emil arranged breakfast service, car services, and airport pick up and drop off for our convenience. Because of his team we felt safe and supported despite our long work days and we fell in love with Azerbaijani food, music, and people. I have rented through Airbnb for years and I’ve never encountered such kind and respectful hosts. We all hope to return to Azerbaijan again because of Emil and his family.

Emil is very accurate person and hospitality is more than expected. Accommodation is same with pictures and you can go to seaside and rest or go to the upper stage of house and have a beer when sun goes down.

Дом просто шикарный! С двориком и балконами. Есть все для активного отдыха: теннис, бильярд, настольные игры. Хозяин классный, все решается в пользу клиента, плюс много вкусняшек в холодильнике для гостей.

Not a Bad Choice at All... good vibes

Мы заселились компанией из 6 человек. Нам все понравилось. Бассейн чистый, постельное белье и полотенца чистые, посуда чистая, территория чистая. На любые вопросы хозяин отвечал сразу, он всегда был в сети. Рекомендую данную виллу 👍 От себя хотел бы принести извинения хозяину за непомытую посуду. В последний день мы были сильно уставшие, и в день выселения мы проснулись уже в момент выселения и мы не успели все привести в порядок. Надеюсь на понимание хозяина 🙏 P.s. С балкона очень красивый вид на рассвет 😍

Jalal’s house is very conveniently located in Bilgah, a lovely and very safe neighborhood- there is a bus stop nearby if you want to use public transport, a small supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the house and the nearest public beach is 20 minutes walk from the house. Although the road to the beach isn’t well equipped for walking, it’s more convenient to use a car. Plyaj Dachnikov, Amburan Beach, Amburan Mall, Shebektu beach, Sea Breeze beach are all about 5- 10 minutes drive from the house. Baku city Centre is about 40 minutes drive. There are plenty of taxis that are very reasonably priced in case if you need one. Jalal is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, he picked us up from the airport, drove us to the beach and back to the house daily, drove us to the supermarket, took us to see Yanardag and Baku. The house is sparkling clean, very cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people (there are 2 bedrooms and one big pull out sofa upstairs and one pull out sofa downstairs). There is a balcony from which you see the sea and where you can watch sun rise and sun set. We highly recommend Jalal’s house and cannot thank him enough for his hospitality!!

Ziya was very helpful and always quick to respond to questions. The house felt warm and cozy. We had a great time and a wonderful memory of Baku. Thank Ziya!
