Fantastic place to stay in Baku! If I could give it 6 stars I would. Beautiful apartment, and great location. Elmir is so helpful, friendly and communicative. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Baku.

The place is great, good location, a lot of things are in walkable distance. Elay is always answering on messages and calls in short time. If I come again for sure I will take the same place 👍👍👍.

had a great stay - exactly like the listing. really easy to get to from the airport shuttle, and walking distance to 28 may metro station or a longer walk to the old town. Elvina is a great host, always checking in and really good English. Thank you Elvina!

I had a fantastic stay at Adil's Airbnb! The house is in a perfect location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The home itself is outstanding, equipped with everything you could need, from kitchen utilities to efficient heating. Even the TV had all the features one could ask for. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that instantly feels like home. A special thanks to Adil for his exceptional hospitality—he consistently checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and was always ready to help. He even took the extra step of visiting the house a day before my arrival to turn on the heating, so I walked into a warm and comfortable space. There are so many great things to say about this place, and without a doubt, it will be my go-to stay whenever I visit Baku again. Highly recommended!

Квартира очень чистая и уютная. Особенно кровать очень удобная и постельное белье новое. Есть все необходимые вещи для проживания и гигиены. Natig был дружелюбный и заботливый. Помогал во всем. В здании есть бассейн и фитнес. Рядом рестораны и супермаркет 24 часа. Это очень удобно. Спасибо за прием! Настоятельно рекомендую всем!

El lugar es fácil de llegar en una excelente ubicación, cocina equipada para cocinar y todo lo necesario. el anfitrión es muy amable, responde rápida y disponible para lo que necesitaramos! Lo recomiendo mucho!!!!

This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Hello, I stayed in this house for a month. It is excellent in terms of access to shopping centers and stores. In terms of peace, it is a very quiet and peaceful place. The neighbors are very kind. The owner of the house was very organized and precise and responded on time. I definitely recommend this place for a stay. Try it once

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋
