Прекрасный дом, чистый и ухоженный, с фруктовым садом. В доме есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания: посуда, кухонная утварь, постельное белье, в каждой комнате кондиционер. До моря 15 минут на машине, в 10 минутах от дома есть маркеты. Хозяин приветливый и отзывчивый, оперативно решает все возникающие вопросы. Очень рекомендуем этот дом для комфортного семейного отдыха.

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

so the place was great , the lawns and views were awesome. the beach was like a stones throw away . pool was awesome . we enjoyed the pool and the house itself . almost everything mentioned was available . the only thing was that some rooms were not opened for us so whoever goes next time please communicate to get all the rooms prepped . Otherwise it was a wonderful stay , the kids had a great time cycling and bathing . the lawn was the standout feature as well as the responsiveness of the care taker . the area is quite and secluded away from the bustle of city ,but everything is available from the nearby markets . perfect getaway for large families or multiple couples willing to stay a few days and enjoy the natural beauty of baku and its surroundings. all in all we had a wonderful stay .

Everything was nice. The host was really helpful, we had an amazing week.

The apartment was amazing, with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had a fantastic 4-night stay. Many thanks to Emil for the kind hospitality and assistance. The only issue we encountered was that the elevator was under renovation during our stay.

I came here from Germany to visit Azerbaijan, I found this house like my own house, clean, very beautiful, first class furniture, and his force was a very good host, this place is right in the middle of the city. Restaurants are very close here, malls are very close, just a minute or two walk to buy normal things, i.e. to buy household items, everything is within a two minute walk and above all, I will also tell my friends to visit this house once because apart from this you will not think of going anywhere else again. I stayed here for one month. I stayed here for eight days. I have also seen many houses but I don't like any of them.When I come back here I feel like I am staying in a first class hotel so I will tell other people if anyone wants Anna. The host of this house is very nice and nice person. I will tell everyone to try to keep this house clean. Aykhan is an outstanding host! Always ready to help, friendly and responsive. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The apartment is cozy , well-maintained and has everything for a long stay. The location is perfect for those who value privacy, security and peace. Several grocery stores are nearby. Getting to the city center takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi, depends on traffic. If you enjoy long walks, its about 50 minutes stroll. I highly recommend Aykhan’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Nigar’ın çok hızlı ve net bir iletişimi var. Ev konusu ise tamamen fotoğraflardaki gibi odalarında klima olması muhteşem. Mutfak ve banyo olanakları sizi evinizde gibi hissettiriyor.
