Holiday rentals in Maranzano

Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten tolle Tage in der Unterkunft. Traumhafte Aussicht, sehr schöner Pool und alles nötige vorhanden. Perfekte Gastgeber, ganz lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit.

An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

Die Unterkunft war eine 10/10! Wir haben uns unfassbar wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation war super und sehr freundlich. Wir würden es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir konnten sehr entspannen, es war sehr sauber und die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Danke für alles!

We had a fantastic vacation at Podere Tresa as a group of 12 students. The villa and property greatly exceeded our expectations from the pictures. The villa was spacious, clean, and up to date. There were many lovely areas to relax and talk with friends. Additionally, the property was extremely beautiful, large, and very well kept, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. A highlight for us was watching the sunset right outside the kitchen doors. The pool area was well maintained and where we spent most of our time. Lastly, Maria was an amazing host. She was responsive, kind, and helpful, recommending multiple activities in the area as well as chefs for cooking classes and dinner. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

Il soggiorno a Villa Marta è stato molto più che piacevole, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Fin dai primi contatti con Manuele, si è dimostrato una persona molto gentile e disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha illustrato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e ha risposto alle nostre domande. La posizione è comoda, in 5 min. di macchina si raggiunge Città della Pieve e Chiusi. La casa è bellissima e pulita, hanno curato tutto nei dettagli. Ci è piaciuto molto ad esempio, che ogni ospite avesse il suo set di asciugamani legati insieme da un nastro colorato. Il giardino sul retro poi, è perfetto per rilassarsi nelle serate estive. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

We have stayed at a fair number of AirBnBs in some beautiful places. This was (by far) the best and most beautiful of them all. Our stay here was part of a four AirBnB trip (Rome, Amalfi, Tuscany, and Venice). This place is incredibly scenic, quiet, tranquil, and the unit itself has an old farmhouse/vineyard kind of vibe. But in spite of its age, it is well maintained and comfortable… supplying everything you need. After touring the area during the day, we (two couples) would come back in the late afternoon, and put together a charcuterie board and sit outside drinking wine, and playing cards until it was too dark to see the cards. The hosts (staff and owner) were so kind, friendly, and approachable. Simply put, this was THE BEST STAY EVER!
