Holiday rentals with a pool in Mar Chiquita

We had an amazing experience staying at Fernando’s Airbnb. The place is spotless, has a beautiful pool, and the view of the beach is absolutely breathtaking. From the start, Fernando was in constant communication with us—he responded quickly to any questions we had, making the whole process smooth and easy. The Airbnb itself exceeded our expectations. Our daughter especially loved the pool, and we got to spend some really special family time together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The house was wonderful, located near a beach and easy access to get to other towns as well.

This house is a hidden gem. Beautiful home. Very beautiful decor. I loved everything about the house! 3 full bathrooms and outdoor shower. The pool was perfect. Parking was easy. Great quality linens. Everything you need is available in the house. The house was super clean. Tv room was my favorite. They even had popcorn available for you. They really thought of everything. Host was super responsive and delightful. Very cool selfie place in walking distance called selfie vibes! Never felt crowded in this house and we have a family of five. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely will rent again.

The home is beautiful and clean. It’s 3 separate units. 2,2 & 1 bedrooms. You are feet from the ocean. The host was top-notch. She was outstanding. The location around the home is a bit sketchy. However, I did not feel unsafe. Its neighborhood is rundown. The food around the area was very good and authentic. San Juan is about 40 min to an hour away, so if you want to do an excursion, you need to head that way. I would definitely go back now that I’m familiar and more comfortable w the area.

Staying at Casa Pomarrosa home was a great experience. The house was very spacious and clean. The check in and check out was easy. Had some issues with toilet in hall bath but Eileen responded promptly and had plumber over the very next day. Great location to many shops and restaurants. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Stunning views of the mountains, outdoor terrace and infinity pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. Had a few minor issues getting there because of GPS but she was very responsive and very helpful with directions. The front electric lock malfunctioned and had to wiggle to access and the front door needed to be forcibly shut to secure. Overall, it was a beautiful property!

This place is truly special. The views and amenities are outstanding, and the amount of wildlife we observed was amazing. The property is vast and secluded. As others have mentioned, a car is essential due to the steep and winding roads. We recommend loading up on groceries in Bayamón before heading to the property. We were glad we brought plenty of sunblock but we never used our insect repellent. The host was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for some peace and relaxation!

This place is so beautiful and quiet. But at the same time you can enjoy everything, it is 3 minutes from the beach, close to all the restaurants and necessary things. It has a great view. Dennis is always aware that I was okay , siempre fue muy atento , Gracias . It was a Solo trip and I enjoyed it a lot and I felt super safe. I loved the bathroom mirror lol. For me it was the best place to stay. The security lady was super nice and kind. 10/10

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. Andres and Alix were very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns we had—thank you for being such thoughtful hosts. That said, there were two issues that made me uncomfortable during the stay. First, the balcony doors do not have locks, which means the apartment is left unsecured from the back when unattended. Given that much of the building appears unoccupied, it wouldn’t be difficult for someone to access the unit through the balcony if they tried. Second, the front door can only be locked and unlocked with a key, even from the inside. This not only posed a major inconvenience but also raised safety concerns, especially in case of an emergency. Aside from these issues, everything else about the stay was great.

I would definitely stay here again! The place was so cute and cozy. The pool and beach were literally steps away. I loved it

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!
