Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Edoardo. Si trova a pochi passi da Piazza del Popolo, in un vicolo silenzioso e tranquillo. Comoda, pulita, fornita di tutto ciò che serve per vivere bene come in una casa propria. Edoardo si è dimostrato fin da subito disponibile, gentile ed esaustivo nel rispondere alle nostre richieste di informazioni.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

What a wonderful find. Lucia’s place is at cellar level, thus being cool relative to very high June temperatures. (34 degrees C the day we arrived). The property is rustic with beautiful ceiling and floor design. It is tastefully furnished with all you need to prepare a meal. Lucia and Giovanni met us on arrival and provided comprehensive information. Parking is off road and private and walking into Ascoli takes 10-15 minutes. We only had 2 nights, but could have easily stayed longer. Well worth a visit.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

5 Sterne – Ein echtes Zuhause in Offida! Die Wohnung war einfach super klasse – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Sie ist sehr liebevoll, urig und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse: Der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend – man sieht vom Meer bis zu den Bergen! Wir haben uns sehr gern dort aufgehalten und viel Zeit auf der bequemen Terrasse verbracht. Die Lage mitten in Offida ist perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, parken und der Check-in sowie Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Ein besonders schöner Willkommensgruß war die Flasche regionaler Wein und die frischen Kirschen – beides haben wir mit großer Freude auf der Terrasse genossen. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!

La casetta nel bosco -Rustico Ceppino- possiamo dire che è veramente un posto incantevole. Immerso nella natura, ma comunque vicino ai servizi essenziali. Incantevole per il silenzio e la pace che trasmette… si sente solo il rumore degli uccellini e delle foglie degli alberi che si muovono al vento. Alloggio perfetto anche per il nostro cane che scorrazzava nel giardino recintato a caccia di lucertole, per la piscina che nei momenti di relax ci ha accolto, facendo divertire molto nostro figlio di 6 anni e in fine per il bbq che ci ha permesso di grigliare arrosticini a volontà. Roberto persona molto disponibile e cortese. La casa ha tutto, perfino giochi da tavola con i quali passavamo le serate sotto il portico. Per essere stata la nostra prima vacanza in Abruzzo, possiamo solo dire che sicuramente torneremo. Tutto perfetto! Grazie Roberto. ☺️

Wow! This farmhouse was spectacular! Charming in every way with wonderful furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, great coffee, and so many lovely places around the property to sit, relax, take in the views, enjoy a meal. The location between the mountains and the sea was perfect for swimming and hiking. Best of all was the attentive host Paulo who made many excellent local recommendations, including helping to guide us through a medical emergency. Highly recommend!

Esperienza unica e travolgente! Ideale per passare una giornata lontano dalla città e a pieno contatto con la natura. La palafitta è un posto magico e incantato circondato dal verde dove è possibile osservare il paesaggio del bosco. L'interno della struttura è curato nei minimi particolari, una mini SPA con vasca Giapponese rende il soggiorno romantico e piacevole. La proprietaria Annalisa è super gentile e disponibile, pronta ad accogliere ogni richiesta. L'aperitivo con salumi e formaggi accompagnato dal loro vino è veramente spaziale! Abbiamo anche potuto mangiare la pizza del forno a legna della struttura, molto buona! Esperienza direi super e da rifare!
