Excellent service, even in the middle of an island wide 2 days power outage. Backup generator worked well to keep us comfortable and safe. It required refueling which went seamlessly. Great restaurants close by ( Strongly recommend Porcello walking distance, a little pricey but excellent food quality and taste). All the unit’s amenities described were in perfect order. Lots of beach towels and beach chairs and beach umbrella. Great place and very responsible host! Loved it, definitely recommend and I will revisit.

The place is amazing, peaceful and beautiful. My family and I had a great time there. Elliot was always responsive, the only thing that I would like to point out, is that when we asked him something he would have a short answer rather than an explanatory one. Other than that, he was great and his place was worth the money. Looking forward to come back.

One of best places to stay for sure. This was my second time.

We stayed at the Costa Bonita House for a family reunion and loved everything about it. The pool was amazing on days we just wanted to chill or for a late afternoon dip to cool off. Rooftop terrace also amazing, nice breeze and atmosphere. It was hard to decide where to spend our time, poolside or up there. We had a few minor maintenance issues during the stay, but hosts were very responsive and addressed our issues in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again, will likely see if it’s available for our next family trip to PR.

This place was absolutely perfect! Located right by the beach in the heart of an awesome town—everything we needed was within walking distance, and the ocean was just steps away. The home was clean, exactly as described and it felt so comfortable it almost felt like my own home. What truly made the experience stand out was the host. He went above and beyond, even helping us with some last-minute accommodations without hesitation. So kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay great. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot or host—would 100% stay again!

The property is beautiful. Easy to access and host was very responsive. Although, for the price we paid a few things that we dealt with should not have been an issue. 1. The grill needs to be replaced. It’s broken, the wheel on the bottom of the grill broke off and now is being used as a support stand. So when you’re grilling you have to hold the grill so it doesn’t lean forward, if there is wind this is extremely unstable. 2. We had to go buy batteries for the remote for the tv outside. Again not a big deal but something we shouldn’t have to do. 3. When we got to the house at 5 am tired from our long night of flying, the pillows cases in the master bedroom were stained and had a stench to them. We had to wrap the pillows in our blankets just because we needed to get some rest. The next day we purchased our own pillows. Again, just an inconvenience. I do want to mention I messaged the host and they did offer to bring fresh pillow cases the next day. Little inconveniences.

Staying at Karen's was a pleasure. She was VERY communicative and accommodating, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We highly recommend her.

Property was found as described and very private. Instructions provided made it easy to access. In addition, very clean and organized. I would stay in a near future!

This is my 2nd time booking with Elda’s place. I swear it gets better and better. I feel right at home. I felt like I never left the place. Elda’s home is by far the is the best I have ever booked. From amazing shower towels, to amazing home living, sleeping and even beach towels. All your wants and needs are in the home even beach towels. This is better than a Hilton hotel. I can’t praise enough how great it feels to stay at Elda’s house. It’s an experience you have to take and that master bathroom shower head is to die for after a long day around the island!! First time I stayed at an Airbnb and felt so comfortable, like I was at home. Even my chihuahua loved this place. It is spacious and cozy, super clean and has great ACs that cool the whole apartment well. It’s a safe neighborhood too. Daryl is a friendly attentive host. He checked in to make sure we were good and even left us some tropical treats in his amazing backyard. I visit PR every year and wish I found this place sooner.

This is my second time in Jobos area in Isabela. The first time what in another Airbnb with like 10 family members. This was with my wife and my son. The place is very pretty, cozy, easy to locate on the google map app, the pool is great for little kids because is like 4’ deep. The area is very peaceful and quiet, lot of wind and good temperature. The town of Isabela has many beaches to surf, swim and you can go to the “Montones” beach that is great for little kids. More than 20 restaurant to choose in the area with local Caribbean style food, pizza and many more. The team that run the place is very responsive and easy to reach. This one of the best Airbnb properties that I ever been .
