Apartment holiday rentals in Malate

My husband says it’s his favorite little place of all the places we had stayed before. The bed is soft you don’t wanna get out of bed in the morning. It has a nice view at the balcony, the bathroom is sooooo nice and clean my husband loves it especially the kitchen all things in it…The TV is so big and it’s perfectly mounted in front of the bed which my husband always prefer in booking a place. We had a great stay. I highly recommend this place☺️

This was a solid place that we stayed in for about one week. Though we arrived late at night for check-in, someone was literally waiting for us as we arrived in a Grab to let us in and show us around, no dozens of texts needed to coordinate imprecise timing. The location is great to local landmarks, there's a large mall two blocks away and Mall of Asia is about a mile away (though traffic can snarl your progress). It's two blocks from a crossing onto a run along the bay, which, as a runner, I used each morning and, as a bonus, the main road was shut off to cars and open to peds and bikes both Saturday and Sunday (not sure if that's a regular thing, but Sunday morning's closure did appear that way). The space is spacious for Manila standards and is the first place I've ever stayed in in SE Asia to not have one single roach present for the five days we were there. It's a little on the older side but it served our purposes well and I'd recommend it for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very child-friendly, which made it perfect for our family. Everything we needed was complete and well-prepared, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. The view was beautiful and added so much to our experience, my whole family enjoyed it. Ma'am Mariane herself was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home. We'll definitely be staying here again and will highly recommend it to our friends. Thank you for such a great experience!

My second time staying here. It’s a nice place and the host gives great insights and instructions. I had forgotten about a phone charger I left on my last visit and she had it sitting on the table for me when I checked. Very kind of her to go the extra mile.

Very clean and very nice place to stay in Manila..

I had a pleasant stay at this property. It was clean and matched the description in the listing. It has the best location and very close to SM Lazaro. The Wi-fi worked well. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She was easy to communicate with which I really appreciate. One thing to note is that toilet paper is not included as part of the amenities which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, an excellent stay overall!

This has become our favorite spot, especially my kids’. The place was clean, with fresh linens and a light, pleasant scent when you walk in that made it feel welcoming. It’s a quiet spot, which we really appreciated, and the location is convenient, close to shops and essentials. Honestly, one night didn’t feel like enough. We’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. It felt like our home. Some challenges were encountered but the Host are very responsive and helpful for us to easily settle. We will definitely go back again soon! 💯

The place was as described - clean and homey. We actually live nearby and just needed a place to stay during a scheduled power interuption in our own condo. We only had to bring a few things since the place already includes all necessary appliances and kitchen essentials. Would definitely recommend staying in the area since it's near a lot of restos, malls and groceries. We had a comfortable stay.

Had a great stay! The place looked just as those in the photos :). The furniture, appliances, and other details about the room were pristine (no worn out sofas or tables, etc). We liked the expanding table (it felt unique out of other bnbs in the area). We had a small issue when we extended the stay, but we were able to talk to them in a timely manner and were able to resolve the concern 😁. Might book again soon! Thank you!

The place is really beautiful and cozy. It was very clean, tidy and had every amenity that guests needed. Ms. Emily’s also very accomodating, making sure that everything was okay throughout our stay. One of the best place that we stayed, and will definitely comeback soon. 🥰

Ms. Lisa is a very responsive host; she will make sure that your stay will be stress-free. The room is very clean, everything you need is there already, and the bonus is very fast Wi-Fi. Hidden gem in Pasay. The place was squeaky clean and roach-free, which I had opposite experience with other condos (looking at you condos in Makati). The place has a modern feel with all of the amenities you would need for short to long term stay. Definitely will stay again, if I need to stay in Pasay.

stayed there for a week..i really recommend this..the host was very helpful and friendly, ang bilis mgrespond sa queries and even find time to check on us during our stay..what you see is what you get talaga..worth it sa price..maganda din ang location and unit..definitely gonna book the unit again kapag ngbakasyon ulit nf manila 😊

✅Smooth check in ✅Super clean place, no cockroaches since may harang sa crevice ng door ✅Comfortable bed ✅Spacious ❌My only problem is that it says sa listing na may basic cooking supplies like salt and oil, pero wala, and no can-opener and scissors sa kitchen so we had a hard time cooking. But good thing may market just below the place.
