Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Malakoff

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. Yohan was very responsive and accommidating, he made the ceckin process very smooth. Place was nice. well equipped and centrally located.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family of five — spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, which was perfect for us. We especially appreciated being so close to the M7 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. There’s also a great bakery and supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Our host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommended!

Seemless experience,the house was extremely clean and very well furnished in a way were me and my family were comfortable in the home.We liked very much the private parking for our car which was perfect for us.The house was fully equipped and really fulfilled all of our needs.Our host Fatiha was very engaging and helpful and we didn’t find any difficulties in the check in or check out.The perfect place to stay when in France.

We had a lovely stay, really enjoyed it. Just a note the code to get the keys from the box goes in the opposite direction to what you expect! But other than that everything was absolutely fantastic. There’s a great bakery just around the corner and a supermarket opposite. The trams were 5 mins walk away. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic place and host. The view is as the pictures show and even better. A/C was great for us Americans in a hot Paris summer. Apartment is stocked with everything you could need and Loic was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this lovely property, Apolline was a great host, helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is beautiful in a good location if you don’t mind being a little out from the action. It would have been easier also for self check in/out rather than having to meet for key pick up/drop off, convenience for both sides.

Perfect stay here and would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place. The view is exactly like the pictures and beautiful to wake up to! You can see the tower from the bed which is amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. It was also clean and I felt safe as a solo female traveller. There is also a grocery store nearby which makes it easy to stock up on items. Would stay here again!

Nathalie and Paul are really excellent hosts. They were always responsive and had given us recommendations for our queries. Also, they provided a child bath tub and high chair for our baby. The apartment was lovely and cosy with all the amenities you need just like you are at your own home. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. I would 100 percent recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at this place! Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay outside of paris but still pretty near to all the attractions.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Amazing host, good location and lovely accommodation. Good value for money.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Tout était parfait chez Franck. Le logement, l’emplacement… Nous sommes venus voir un match à Roland Garros et c’était idéal. Notre hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre jusqu’à 1h du matin pour nous accueillir puisque nous avions travaillé toute la journée et venions de Strasbourg. Il est d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Je recommande ce logement ! Et je garde précieusement le contact pour une prochaine visite !
