Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Malakoff

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

It was a very nice clean accommodation with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, there are several shopping facilities nearby. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

A small studio very close to the metro and 50 meters from a Vélib 'station. It's clean, functional, and the bed is comfortable. The small garden (a courtyard), which opens directly to the front door is very nice, it's flowery and quiet!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

We had a very nice, extended weekend in Paris in Severine's cozy apartment! I highly recommend the Air BnB. We immediately felt at home and also the location is great for a Paris trip. Malakoff is like a small village, quiet and relaxed. But by metro you are in the middle of downtown Paris in 15 minutes. The communication with Severine was also very straightforward and kind. We will be happy to come back anytime 😊

Apartment in a very good location. Metro 4 and 13, 10-minute walk. The Studio is large enough for 1 person or a couple still very much in love😀. For parking, plan a little less than €25 per day for the car. All in all, I highly recommend it for a short stay in Paris without wanting to stay in the suburbs.

This place is a quiet, comfortable gem located just outside the hustle and bustle of Paris. It's close to the metro making it easy access to the center of Paris, or easily walkable to lots of restaurants and a lovely park if you want to explore the neighborhood. Modern, tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Bonus points for also furnishing a diffuser with the hair dryer, which is great for us with curly hair. Highly recommend!

This was a great find! We love that it was just on the outskirts of Paris so a quieter neighborhood but still so close to the Metro. We had great dinners at some local restaurants (Caffe Luna, Los Apaches, and Timbre Post). The neighborhood bakery is lovely as well. The apartment has so much character too. The host was also extremely responsive. I would stay here again!

An outstanding stay in a comfortable unit near the Metro which gave access to everything in Paris. Some foodie places and a Carrefours across the lane made it even better. Very clean and well thought out accommodation. Perfect for us.

Stephanie's apartment meets all the amenities that a group of 5 people may need. It is also a few blocks from the subway, which makes it easy to get to the city center. The neighbor downstairs is not very nice and hit the ceiling just for laughing. It was late, so we understand your annoyance, so I recommend it only if you go with calm and respectful people, otherwise, they will not be comfortable with the neighbor.

Everything was great thanks. Sure we would have wished it was more a Central Paris location but we knew that when we booked !! 😂😂😂

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

This is a nice small flat. It is very private and quiet, although it is located on a main street and near the Peripherique. Good connection to public transport. Othmane provided good instructions on how to get the keys and how to get into the flat.

A great place to stay when visiting Paris. it's only a 7-10 minute walk to the Metro (the #4 line). Getting around via the Metro while in Paris is easy. This residence is on the 9th floor (actually 10th since the ground floor is floor zero) with views to the west and east. You will be able to see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. The residence is as advertised and comes well equipped with pots/pans and needed dishes. The beds are comfortable. One great thing is that the windows and the patio doors open so you can get a great cross breeze across the apartment which you'll want as there isn't air conditioning or fans in the apartment and it can get hot and stuffy without some air flow. The neighborhood has grocery stores within a few blocks as well as a number of restaurants, bakeries, and a gym.

She made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful time in Paris. I am grateful for her thoughtfulness.
