Farmstay holiday rentals in Málaga

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame und ruhige Woche bei Cristina im "Stall" verbracht und können einen Aufenthalt für Ruhesuchende nur empfehlen. Cristinas Wegbeschreibung war exzellent und auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war hervorragend. In der Unterkunft gab es alles, was man braucht - es war sehr gemütlich. Vielen Dank Cristina. vie

The villa is as it looks in the photos - beautiful and very well appointed. It is clean and has everything you would need in terms of cooking utensils, etc. Simon and Laura were very helpful and proactive, and the instructions were detailed and clear (although the PDF is different to the Air BnB manual, which I think was a little out of date in terms of restaurants etc). Dandini is a little treasure. He's always around and ready to greet you as you get home. He is friendly in his own way. A couple of small drawbacks - firstly, although the villa is nicely private, it is a good 15-20 mins walk to the top of Competa (meaning most restaurants and shops are more like 30 mins away). It is a tricky-ish walk during the day because of the very steep drive, the cars are quite fast, and there is very little shade. At night it is more comfortable but the cars still feel a bit dodgy. Secondly, the pool is not heated but I found it fine once I'd braved getting in! Thank you for the great stay.

Wir haben uns bei Mónica rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Lage des Hauses ist in den Bergen und damit sehr privat und ruhig. Alles war super sauber, Mónica hat sich bestens um unsere Ankunft gekümmert und uns schon vorab Tipps für die Organisation gegeben, die sehr praktisch waren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Lola and Juan Carlos are the best hosts I have ever dealt with. So helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. This property is the best in all of Andalusia! Absolutely beautiful surroundings and centrally located for day trips throughout Southern Spain. Highly recommend!!!

Really unique place! We have spent the majority of our vacation (three weeks in Spain) in old town Valencia, Granada, and Sevilla, with some stops in Alicante and Merida, so getting out of "city center" was our goal for this stop, and this place DELIVERED. It's up a well maintained mountain road, and there are several restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive of the location. We would definitely recommend "El Tunel" which has ample parking and an amazing menu. However, if you are staying several days, we recommend you stock up on stuff for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you don't want to hop in your car for every meal. They have a well supplied indoor kitchen and outdoor cooking options as well. The pool is not heated, so in April/May it wasn't really swimmable (for us), but I can imagine in the summer it does heat up ambiently. The chickens, duck, guienna pig and rabbit we excited to see us every morning with scraps from the prior day's meals! Zip line and trampoline are cool!

We had a great stay at the cottage. Thank you, Cat and Peter, you were wonderful hosts, friendly and helpful. This is a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing among tourists. It is a private guesthouse on the farm with horses and friendly cats and dogs. Views across the valley are stunning. We loved watching the sunset with a glass of wine on the patio. It is a perfect retreat, yet close to places of interest. We made day trips to Seville, Cordoba, Antequera, and nearby villages. The closest town of Villanueva de la Concepcion has decent restaurants and bars, an excellent butcher next door to a well-stocked supermarket with your basic needs and more. The guesthouse was comfortable, rustic, and cosy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The evenings were chilly at the time of year, but the log fireplace was wonderfully cosy and easy to light. On arrival, the welcome bottle of wine, farm fresh eggs, bread, and butter was very thoughtful. Thank you, Cat and Peter. We would stay again.

Desde el empiezo hasta el final todo fue perfecto. La casa se ve aún mejor que en las fotos y yo y mis amigas hemos pasado una semana increíble en la casa de María. La piscina también se ve más chiquita de lo que es en realidad. Además todo fue limpio y con cualquier duda María nos ayudó! Volveremos seguramente, gracias María!

El sitio está un poco lejos del pueblo , pero todos por esa zona son así y m, aparte de eso es exactamente lo que ofrecía, los electrodomésticos en perfecto uso , los colchones relativamente nuevos el baño limpísimo, para mí y mis hijos ideal para esos días , no estaba Fabián , estaba su mujer y fue muy atenta , fallábamos un poco con el idioma pero con un poco esfuerzo por ambas partes fue todo perfecto . Si me toca volver seguro repetiré.

Ho trovato questo posto perché cercavo un luogo che potesse accogliere tutta la mia famiglia e fare qualche giorno insieme, in semplicità, e la casa ha esattamente tutto ciò che serviva. La casa ha molte comodità per i grandi ed è pensata anche per i bambini, non ho mai avuto la sensazione che mancasse qualcosa, ho trovato dal affilacoltelli al carbone per il BBQ. C’era una bella atmosfera, tanto spazio distribuito bene e anche una certa cura che abbiamo apprezzato tutti. Alla prossima Maria!

We can only speak highly of the circus wagon and hosts. We absolutely loved our time there. We stayed for 3 nights but could have stayed much longer. The surroundings are beautiful, very peaceful and an ideal base for exploring. Really easy drive over to the Caminito Del Rey also. The wagon itself was really well equipped, probably one of the most thoughtfully equipped Airbnb’s we’d ever stayed in! The use of the pool was a huge added bonus and we decided on a few occasions to come back earlier just to get a relaxing laze around the pool in. Andrew and Lea-Ann were brilliant hosts. Really responsive, helpful and respectful. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back

La casa es estupenda, tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar para ir un grupo grande tipo barbacoa, horno, varias neveras. Estaba todo muy limpio y bonito, y la zona de la piscina es espectacular. Fuimos un fin de semana un grupo de amigos con niños y lo pasamos muy bien. Jose Luis muy amable, contestó a todas nuestras dudas rápidamente. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir.

Toen we aankwamen hebben we met z'n alle ademloos het huis ontdekt! Wat was het mooi wat was de omgeving prachtig hoog op de berg, wat voor ons echt geen probleem was. Het was wel even spannend met naar boven rijden de eerste keer we dachten dat we misschien niet de goede weg hadden maar bij aankomst waren we dat al vergeten! En het went ook wel! De eerste dagen heerlijk genoten van het heerlijke zwembad. De dagen daarna mooie uitstapjes gemaakt in de omgeving. Nerja, Mijas, Malaga een leuke fietstocht gemaakt en Marbella ons even ondergedompeld in het rijke leven! We willen Christa & Antoine heel erg bedanken voor hun vriendelijkheid en dat we gaat mochten zijn in hun prachtige huis!!

Inizialmente non abbiamo preso contatto in modo veloce con l host ma quando da quando ci siamo scambiati il cellulare è andato tutto liscio e ha spiegato tutto bene. Il posto è esattamente come nelle foto ed è un oasi di pace e tranquillità vicino al paese in auto di Álora e a 40 min da malaga Yurta perfetta per noi due adulti e due bambini piccoli che si sono molto divertiti Stoviglie e accessori cucina pochi e un po’ sporchi ma la yurta ha addirittura la lavastoviglie L host è stato disponibile e gentile, il posto facilmente raggiungibile e protetto dal cancello Un perfetto glamping Ci torneremmo volentieri

We had a wonderful time and would love to come back in the future. Not all the beds were as comfortable as the ones in the main room, but apart from that we had a great Christmas time and the surroundings are as beautiful as it gets.

Die Finka ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen für ein sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Der Swiming Pool und die Veranda mit schönen lädt ein zum Verweilen. Der große Raum mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küche ist sehr schön eingerichtet.Das Badezimmer ist aufrichtend ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft würde ich wieder buchen, um mich an einem ruhigen Ort zu erholen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Einfach ein schöner ruhiger Urlaub.

Really lovely spot with amazing, large pool, that you can actually swim in, even with a group of eight, outdoor seating to relax and enjoy views. Our group appreciated all the separate bathrooms and cooking indoors and out and eating on the balcony. Host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Malaga, Marbella, and Granada are all about an hour to an hour and a half away. El Torcal ( remarkable rock formations on a hike) is only 1 hour. Walkable little market for beer/wine. We came by car, so not sure about public transportation. Do be aware that there is no dishwasher, but the lovely unique dishes are great. Occasionally you hear neighboring dogs , but the road is quiet. I especially recommend going to Museo Etnológico de Riogordo a little local museum about Andalusian culture/ historical life it is a gem off the tourist beaten path. Enjoy! although the location is isolated, 20 km from the sea and 12 minutes by car from Alhaurin el Grande, the house offers all the facilities you need for a wonderful stay in a space that makes you feel pampered and not you want to leave there.

Hemos pasado un fin de año súper. La casa es muy bonita y especial. La decoración, la barra de bar, el jardín, los detalles, los espacios en sí la hacen única. Bravo! Mike ha sido muy amable con nosotros. Si duda, más que recomendable. Mil gracias.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber gab viele gute Tipps und war äußerst hilfsbereit. Bei Rückfragen hat er sofort reagiert.

Wir haben uns seht wohl gefühlt in unserer Ferienwohnung. Gillian und Marylynne sind hervorragende und dezente Gastgeber. Alles ist super gepflegt. Mitten in einem Olivenhain gelegen haben wir tolle Wanderungen gemacht und den tollen Pool am Haus genoßen. Wir kommen gern wieder.
