The environment is very peaceful and quiet during most of the time. Driving distance to local population place is very near. Overall very satisfied and love it!

入住感非常好，房屋地面清洁卫生，地理位置也很方便，进出都很顺利，卫浴水压很大，水温冷热稳定，客厅开阔，冷气马力十足，民宿首选。

性价比较高，房源干净，备有snooker，游戏机和麻将，有tvbox，虽然有点卡…餐具，饮水机，冰箱，微波炉，锅具都齐全。冷气会冷，花洒水压够强。host回复信息有点慢，但最后都有及时处理。四到六楼的visitor停车场方便，只是遇到退房高峰时间会塞车…泳池人很多，桑拿房和jaccuzi只有居民才能使用。总结来说适合一家大小styacation，性价比确实高

Glad to found this airbnb during our 3D2N trip to Melaka. Guards was helpful during the first check in registration and was greeted every time when we passed by. Walked in to the flat and “wow, cosy and pretty”. Everything was the same as what it was described. Internet was good and there was no lagging on the network. Toilet was clean too although found a small little active cockroach on my last day. Towel provided and shower gel was provided too. Shower hot water was good. Bed mattress firm, nice to sleep on. But found a stain on the common room blanket wondering is it blood stain. But is ok. Small patch. Aircon was strong enough to cool u down after shopping on a super hot day. It came with a small balcony and they have a nice scenery view from there. Had our enjoyable stay at the airbnb and will recommend for those who wanted to find airbnb during their stay in Melaka.

We really loved the unit. Its beautifully decorated, clean, and super comfy. A perfect place for a relaxing staycation. However, the check-in process could be improved as the instructions weren’t very clear and lacked details such as pictures or clearer directions to the exact unit. It took us a while to figure things out. But aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Airbnb no es solo un alojamiento, es tambien un anfitrion. Y en este caso, sobresaliente los dos. Vincent está continuamente pendiente de ti, que llegues bien, que veas cosas bonitas y te ayuda en todo. El apartameto está perfecto: llegada muy facil, vigilado, buen piscina ( te puedes bañar con bañador, bikini, en otro Lojamiento en Ipoh queria que me pusiera camiseta), buena terraza, muy tranquilo y hay un hospital y centro comercial con supermercado a 3 minutos andando. El centro historico a 5 minutos. No teneis que coger el coche para nada. En definitiva, un buen apartamento con un espiritu Airbnb. Sin duda alguna, me alojaria otra vez. Gracias por todo Vincent

Really recommended ! Sepanjang I booked hotel, I think this is the house yg paling2 bagus trmasuk host sekli. Yg sgt2 memuaskn dari segi kebersihan & kelengkapan. The host was very responsive, helpful & kind. Mmg rasa mcm duduk rumh sendiri. Almari baju wangi, dgn baju2 & beg pun jadi wangi. The effort yg host put on this homestay mmg A+. Sabun & shampoo pun host pilih yg suits for sensitive skin. Ada sediakn sabun utk basuh baju jugak & baju I still wangi. Balik rumh trus beli sabun basuh yg sama mcm host ni guna utk homestay 😂 overall 10/10. Will repeat again 🩷

This review is for Boon’s service & fast response. There was some issue with our check in on this unit & Boon provided alternative on the spot that doesn’t require much hassle to get there as we are traveling with our senior pet. We have our concerns initially however everything went smoothly & we had a pleasant stay. We enjoy the hospitality and the good customer service experience with Boon. The location is near to most tourist attractions & food.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully designed and incredibly aesthetic...every corner felt thoughtfully put together. It was also very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Truly a lovely home away from home. Definitely recommended!

Had a very comfortable stay. Clean and neat unit with nice pool view. Clear instructions to check in. Had some issues with one of the bathroom, but no biggie as there's another bathroom. Informed host of the issues and the host responded very well. A very friendly and responsive host. Will come back again next time.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—everything matched the listing perfectly. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. The location is also very convenient, close to everything I needed. The only minor issue I experienced was with the lift access card. Sometimes it took multiple tries before it worked, so it might be worth checking if the card reader needs maintenance. It wasn’t a major problem, just a bit inconvenient at times. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Perfect place to holiday! The only issue is the wifi come with slow connection. But i did believe not only this unit having this issue, should be the whole building or area. And unfortunately mobile data cant really help alot. Even i got dual simcard still get weak connection. But anyways still a great place to stay! Thanks June

Very nice and well appointed apartment. Everything works as it should and the value is good. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Melaka.
