Dès que nous sommes arrivés, j’ai immédiatement su que nous avions fait le bon choix ! Les gens qui nous ont accueillis étaient très gentils et nous nous sommes rapidement sentis chez nous en tant que famille. L’endroit a un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Il est très nouvellement construit, très propre et vraiment bien approvisionné avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. S’il était disponible, nous aurions prolongé notre séjour sans aucune hésitation ! Merci à tous !

We were a group of 3 and we were hosted well at Emmanuel's. The apartment is clean and beautiful. It can easily accommodate a group of 5-7 people. Depending on availability there is a driver onsite who can give you a lift either by motorbike or car to your destinations. If he is not available they can call a local taxi for you and get you the correct rate for your destination. (Sadly some taxi drivers will take advantage of the fact that you are a foreigner and overcharge you) Overall a positive experience and we were well looked after by Emmanuel's team.

This place was perfect, very homely, well equipped, and close to different restaurants and a shopping centre. The hosts were friendly and reactive. I highly recommend this place if you want to visit Antananarivo.

Accueil très chaleureux et petit plus, la navette qui vient vous chercher à l’aéroport (séjour long). Appartement très bien tenu, master bedroom très confortable, wifi avec un bon débit et abonnement C+, tout ce qui faut pour un séjour confortable. Petite attention très sympa, il y a quelques produits alimentaires (café, chocolat, biscuits, confiture) pour grignoter dès l’arrivée.

Séjourner chez AKINITA a été un plaisir. L’emplacement était parfait ( vraiment centre-ville), l’appartement était confortable , bien équipé et propre avec belle vue . Mireille était toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions. Hautement recommandé !

Un lieu agréable, un environnement, calme et discret. Je ne regrette pas mon séjour, j’espère prochainement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Laura. L’appartement est très spacieux, avec une belle cuisine équipée offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées, ce qui permet de se rafraîchir agréablement après une balade. La suite parentale est impeccable. L’emplacement est idéal : situé juste en face de la plage, il suffit de traverser la route pour y accéder. De plus, la grande véranda face à la mer est parfaite pour prendre un apéritif tout en admirant le coucher de soleil. Un petit coin de Nice à Majunga ! Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir dans le logement de Laura lors d’un prochain séjour à Majunga.

Super endroit pour se loger a Ivato, a 5 minutes de l'aéroport . C'est très propre et confortable, avec un excellent petit déjeuner. De plus, Adriana est très arrangeante pour les transfert depuis l'aéroport ou vers Tana. Le tout pour un très bon rapport qualité prix !

Very large apartment. Clean, compared with most of our other stays in Madagascar. And a hot water shower, with actual hot water. Amazing value. Perfect for us (family of 6).

Stayed one night at Nanja's place and loved the apartment and its minimalist modern chic decor. Location wise, it is in a good neighbourhood with many options for food and drinks especially at night and there was no problem getting around on our own. Ninja was also a great host and gave us good tips and recommendations on the area as well. Overall a great experience which I would recommend!

Hier ist eine umformulierte Version: Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einer äußerst freundlichen Gastgeberin. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und friedlich, ideal zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Stadt ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar und auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den freundlichen und herzlichen Empfang. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

L'appartement est très confortable, étincelant et très bien équipé. Aucun souci d'internet, d'eau ou d'électricité, ce qui est parfait pour la situation tananarivienne. Les hôtes sont accueillants.

Séjour agréable. Nous voulions de l’espace pour que nos enfants puissent jouer et aussi une cuisine où cuisiner et c’était le cas. L’appartement est bien spacieux. Les enfants ont pu jouer dans la piscine et la cour qui est grande. En plus, l’appartement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée. Romain a bien répondu à nos demandes.

Working for 4 days at a conference at the CCI Ivato, we found this an excellent place for me and my staff. The guardian was kind enough to help us into the apartment at midnight, and was discreetly downstairs if we had any questions. He was also kind enough to be there at our departure, again, late at night. Being off the main road was not an issue, the instructions that we were given were perfect, we found the place with no issues. The location meant that we were just far enough away from the noise of the main road to get a peaceful night's sleep every night, and the neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. The apartment is very spacious, and what was great were the solar lights. Power cuts in Antananarivo are common, but all rooms have light supplied by solar, so that was appreciated. The hot water is plentiful and boiling hot, we were four people showering and had no problems. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay if you need to be in the Ivato area, I would stay again.
